- City Name: Hjallaheim
- Classification: Mountain Metropolis
- Location: Helgard
- Affiliation: Kascalion Giedfield, Helgardi
- Population: Moderate - Two million of the Helgardi's best inhabit this capital, guarding its sacred walls with the utmost fervor to both defend the icon of their people and the legacy of their appointed God, Lorale Farmar.
- Demographics: Despite its large numbers, Hjallaheim's demographics are poor in terms of diversity as no Helgardi or species beyond the Tiichia and very specific individuals are allowed within its walls.
- Wealth (Very High): Due to the direct connection to Kascalion Giedfield and his seemingly endless vaults of wealth, the Tiichia that live within it are exceedingly wealthy, nigh-incomprehensibly so compared to their lower Helgardi kin and are armed with the best equipment their species and ruler can offer.
- Stability (High): As with the city encircling it, Hjallaheim is a city of prosperous stability, TOA law, and Helgardi law. While the Order Ascendant's law and its punishments are well known, any caught breaking the sacred laws and regulations of the Helgardi within the most hallowed of grounds are normally put to death on the spot, usually by one of the Icebound Monarch's Headsmen from the Scarlet Breed.
- Freedom & Oppression (Mixed): As with the planet entirely, an outsider would view this city as living in oppression. While this is true by Galactic standards, it works perfectly for the Helgardi. All who serve under the fist of the Dread Autarch find themselves living rewarding, hard-working lives of glory and battle if they fight to earn their keep.
Located within the largest mountain range of Helgard rests the citadel of the Helgardi's best. The mountain range itself is comprised of sixteen peaks that appear as if the mantle of the world itself had been shunted up in a violent catastrophe to form a grotesque crown of rock and metal. The metal that fills these peaks in sheets has been identified as Neuranium, giving the citadel within ample protection from any form of radiation present on the world - natural or unnatural. Dotting the jagged rocks of the peaks are shelves of flat glossy ice that allow for the construction of one-two person habitations, usually for atmospheric studies, and even automated defense laser emplacements. These emplacements, added with the dense Neuranium, mitigates much of the damage that could be done to the mountain range and thus increases the protection of those within.
It should be noted that because of this resistance to damage the mountain range boasts, it is unclear how exactly the citadel was formed by its previous owner in Lorale Farmar, but one can assume he utilized advanced machinery or the Force itself - the latter being more likely.
The city within the mountains is vast with a coverage measuring the entirety of the range and is comprised of numerous spires, barracks, and even castle keeps that stretch for miles. The spires themselves do not have an average height, and some are even built up directly into the peaks to their maximum height - the tallest at sea level being roughly 11k meters. However, some of these spires are even built downwards as well into the crust, some of which have never been measured, thus making an estimated average impossible to calculate.
- Staedbergh: The former palace of Lorale Farmar and the current home of the Helgardi's spiritual leader - Cardinal Prime - is unique amongst the rest of the city’s architecture, constructed out of gold and stone into the shape of a pyramid, consisting of only one massive floor and room. Humble scones hang high from the angled walls and light up most of the room in warm yellows while countless gems embedded into the triangular ceiling dance in the flickering light. Statuettes look down upon the porcelain floor as an ebony rug runs in a circle around the room while curved tail banners with golden decorations drape from the walls under the scones. Between each banner sit small altars full of candles that illuminate the hand-carved sculptures of legendary creatures below them. A grand bed of gold and fur sits beneath two overlooking statuettes of Helgardi heroes that Cardinal Prime found worthy of a memorial and is adjoined by a plain, but comfortable seat for reading and contemplating. The bed itself is covered in intricate illustrations and fixed on each of the four broad ears is a sparkling snake. The pillows are also dark ebony and these too have been adorned with emblazoned plumes.
- The Shining Walls: A set of three massive walls surrounding the city, each roughly thirty feet tall and fifteen feet thick with forty feet separating each wall. Atop each wall are rotating deployments Tiichia warriors armed with ranged weaponry while the space between the walls often has a small hut for three-four Tiichia warriors armed with wrist-blades, spears, and vibroswords.
- The Holms: Built behind the Shining Walls, these are the main abodes for the Tiichia forces, ranging from immeasurable spires, sprawling castles, and extensive barracks. The overall size of the Holms is unknown - as stated - but does cover most of the mountain range at the very least.
- The Crystal Star: Allegedly discovered during the construction, this massive crystal shard has been examined and studied by every legitimate scientific mind the Tiichia can produce. It is located hanging over a large pit that has been repurposed for extra domiciles, mostly occupied by the more inquisitive of the Tiichia who wish to study the Crystal Star as much as possible. Despite this, almost nothing about its origin or its purpose has been uncovered, leaving it as yet another mystery amongst the others of Helgard.
- Red Forges: Secured behind the thick blast doors made from metals more commonly used to build Star Destroyers, this is the realm of metal and burning light, of the beat of hammers and the flames of forges that create whatever its owner desires. Here, the arms and armor of the Tiichia are crafted to perfection, with almost none of what it produced bearing a mistake or structural weakness. This is owed to the mastercraft skills of the Tiichia themselves.
- Mountain (Maximum): Due to being built within a gargantuan mountain range enriched with layers of the highly dense metal Neuranium, defended by rows of walls and a standing army, and topped with defense laser emplacements, Hjallaheim is nigh-impregnable.
- Limited Entrances (High): There is only one true entrance into the city located within the western side of the encircling city of Sauoafellslond. As it is located in a city of hundreds of millions, this entrance - a titanic silver gate - is heavily defended and requires extensive effort to break through
- Defense Grids (Average): Throughout the mountain range rest automated anti-air turrets and ground-to-space laser cannons capable of fending off small to moderately sized ships.
- Shield (Average): The mountain range is secretly encompassed by a defensive shield emanating from the center of Hjallaheim's tallest sea-level spire. This shield adds additional protection against aerial bombardments and can withstand moderate blasts from enemy turbo-lasers.
Hjallaheim was founded by Lorale Farmar, the Wolf of Noxis, in the far past, long before the Sith became Darth. How exactly it was constructed is unknown due to the physical resistances the mountain range boasts, but it is believed that he utilized the Force to great levels. Because of the size of the mountain range and its sixteen peaks - as well as the planet as a whole - monstrously sized buildings were not impossible to construct, even within the range itself.
As such, the city that now rests under Neuranium-layered rock is gigantic and holds a population of two million: the Tiichia to be exact, who are the paragons of the Helgardi people and are in fact the evolved form of the previous Pirekead that served under Lorale. The total size of the city has yet to be estimated, but is known to cover the entire range at the very least.
None save the Tiichia and specific individuals, such as Kascalion Giedfield and his allies, are allowed within it and the city now often serves as a secret meeting ground for said individuals.
