There is a simple solution. Go to the open star wars roleplay section of the board. Look through the open roleplays and join one. Roleplays linked to the Galactic Alliance would be an awesome start for you. Get to know your faction peers and form some friendships.

We also have faction threads going on and more being planned as we speak. Once we get announcement whether we are approved for Major Faction or not, we will be launching Dominions, or a new wave of faction threads. Everyone is always looking to help out, and I've seen responses on your LFG posts on the main board, but posting 'looking for group' posts all the time, especially in a faction forum, gets a little tired. Get out there, start an open thread, jump into someone's open thread, jump into faction threads, (we have a whole list here) or start a faction thread, and start writing.
Additionally, we have our smaller units, squads, enclaves that you are welcome to join, should you feel so inclined, or create to gather writers for smaller threads.

I know I could do that but I really don't want try a group roleplay.That has already started I would done so already if I was up for it.

I'm not against group roleplays it's just hard to get into one that already started.

I've recommended a couple thread that aren't group for you and you had a reason not to do any of them.
Last recommendation is simple, make a thread yourself and see who joins that way you control who is there and can find people.

Sometimes, you have to do the work, people aren't going to drag out what you want, do it for you, and then (as they have seen evidenced elsewhere) see that it isn't what you want, how you want, or other reasons as it isn't good enough or suitable. Honestly, seeing you pop here there and everywhere and ask the same thing, then reject everything offered to you is grating. Sometimes, you just gotta bite the cork and take a swig (JUST DO IT!)
Now, I wish you luck in finding the threads and dev you seek, and that you have fun with your time here, but the very definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. If you'll excuse me, I have more monuments to blow up, somewhere.
