Fighters and Bombers:
Vulture Droid:
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Variable_Geometry_Self-Propelled_Battle_Droid,_Mark_I/Legends
''With the effectiveness of droid starfighters debated in strategic circles for generations, vulture droids were as such capable of extreme maneuvers that could crush even the sturdiest organic pilot, but lacked the resourcefulness and cunning that living pilots brought into combat. Nonetheless, a lack of life-support systems allowed more room for armaments and fuel, and the lack of an organic pilot removed any moral responsibility for its destruction.
Like the ground forces made up of battle droids, vulture droids were remote controlled by a control ship, but as time passed were able to operate with limited independence due to the installation of artificial intelligence. They were also known to be able to communicate with each other by chattering. While not in flight, vulture droids could transform into walking mode to patrol the surface or provide support during battles, and was specifically designed to fill both space and ground-based roles.''
Hyena-class Bomber:
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Hyena-class_bomber/Legends
''The Hyena-class bomber was similar in design to the Vulture-class fighter, but had a broader fuselage and two "head" units. Unlike the Vulture Droid, the Hyena bomber's wings separated in the middle while in "walker" mode. Underneath the second, immobile head, there appeared to be a red photoreceptor protruding from the blue hull. The Hyena-class bomber was capable of carrying four proton bombs, six proton torpedoes and six concussion missiles inside the bomb bay beneath the hull. The Hyena bomber also carried two light laser cannons which eliminated the need for fighter escort.''
Droid Tri-Fighter:
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Droid_tri-fighter/Legends
''Droid tri-fighters, also known simply as the tri-fighter, was a pilotless droid starfighter utilized by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. Serving in the Separatist navy, tri-fighters measured 5.4 meters in length and were the smallest ship in both the Separatist and Republic navies. A space-faring relative of the Trade Federation's dreaded droideka, the tri-fighter was developed for intense dogfighting and close-range space battles. Unlike Vulture-class starfighters, the tri-fighter featured more advanced brains than standard Separatist droid fighters. The fighter's three-armed design mimicked the skull of a ferocious predator native to Colla IV.''
Shuttles and Gunships:
Sheathipede-class Transport Shuttle:
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Sheathipede-class_transport_shuttle/Legends
''The Sheathipede-class transport shuttle, also known as the Neimoidian shuttle or the Separatist shuttle, was a craft manufactured by Haor Chall Engineering and used by high-ranking officials of the Trade Federation to visit potential clients and marketplaces. The personal shuttle of Trade Federation Viceroy Nute Gunray was named the Lapiz Cutter. This ship had no weapons, although it was protected by powerful deflector shields.''
HMP Droid Gunship:
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/HMP_droid_gunship/Legends
''The HMP (Heavy Missile Platform) droid gunship, also known as the HMP Predator or droid gunship, was a model of repulsorlift airspeeder manufactured by Baktoid Fleet Ordnance. Operated by an advanced droid brain, they were used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. They were heavily armed with missile pods, and seven laser cannons. Droid gunships were also used to transport B1 battle droids, B2 super battle droids, and BX-series droid commandos by use of racks and could deploy them into battle.''
Bolo-class Gunboat:
http://starwarsrp.net/topic/40638-bolo-class-gunboat/
The Bolo missile boat is designed to support the typically light ASA fighters. They will typically attach to air superiority squadrons in pairs. Each missile boat requires a crew of 4, usually with one pilot, one comms/sensor officer and two on weapons. The Bolo is relatively heavy when fully laden and can take time to accelerate. However, it has a well balanced mass profile and thrusters mounted in key places, so it can turn around its axis relatively quickly to re-align to new targets.
Unusually for a gunboat, it has no view windows. Sensors are relied upon to provide situational awareness and targeting. This isn't a significant weakness, after-all many battles take place on the borders of systems where there is almost no light anyway.
Its missile pods can only fire one missile at a time, but can fire relatively quickly. In a short order of time each Bolo can fire a barrage of homing missiles that can turn and track faster than even and inertially dampened pilot can take, making them very difficult to shrug off. The pods themselves are detachable and will often be jettisoned when fired to reduce weight. A new set of pods can be fitted very quickly and each Bolo will often return to its home ship for a number of re-arming cycles during a protracted encounter.
Whilst each ship has mass-driver turrets that are generally computer guided to track fighters, they rely more on their fighter escort and heavy shielding for defense against fighters when unable to engage with missiles.
Lambda-class T-4a Shuttle:
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Lambda-class_T-4a_shuttle/Legends
The Lambda-class T-4a shuttle, also known as the Imperial Shuttle, was a standard light utility craft in common use throughout the Imperial military as a transport for troops and high-ranking individuals.
Landing Craft:
C-9979 Landing Craft:
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/C-9979_landing_craft/Legends
''The C-9979 landing craft, also known as the Trade Federation landing ship or the Separatist landing craft, was a large-sized landing craft built by Haor Chall Engineering for the Trade Federation's military forces, and later for the Confederacy of Independent Systems. When the Trade Federation began planning to create its military forces, Haor Chall Engineering produced a design for a landing craft that would carry troops and ground vehicles from warships down to planets.''
Frigates:
Munificent-class Star Frigate:
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Munificent-class_star_frigate/Legends
''The Munificent-class was 825 meters in length and had a skeletal look, owing to the fact that these ships required a small crew to operate and were not designed to be carriers. Along the longitudinal spines of the ship ran tensor fields and the inertial compensator that helped maintain the structural integrity of the vessel. They had four extensive sensor and communications arrays affixed to the center of the hull in a cross-pattern. Several docking rings were located underneath these and the vertical arrays also had room for several point-defense cannons.
Banking Clan star frigates were light CIS warships armed for heavy combat with oversized guns, a massive twin turbolaser cannon, and two long-range ion cannons for use against capital ships. Complementing the heavy weaponry were 38 point-defense laser cannons for anti-starfighter firepower, and 26 twin turbolaser cannons and 20 light turbolaser turrets for flexible response.
The class was powered by twin reactors, placed side by side towards the middle of the craft. One reactor was enough to power the ship in an emergency. The two reactors together annihilated up to 2,300 tons of fuel per second. The Munificent's superdense reactant tanks were positioned at the ventral side of the ship, underneath the reactors. A series of power feeds ran from the reactors out to the various antennas and sensor systems, where power cells were stored.''
Dirk-class Escort Frigate:
http://starwarsrp.net/topic/42899-dirk-class-escort-frigate/
The Dirk class is a specialised anti-snubfighter that is only seen as part of larger battlegroups. The ACA doctrine calls for a large number of specialised vessels, that combine to deal with a specific threat or carry out orders. It follows the current HKD design aesthetic of virtual vessels, and the naming convention of bladed weapons.
This vessel is defined to fill a specialist roll and work as part of flexible tactical units that can be tailored to deal with any situation. It is intended to work as part of a “mixed-economy” battle group of specialised vessels that excel at their own role and collectively form effective, tactical units. A commander should be able to give such a unit an objective and allow them to carry it out independently. The Dirk class is intended to either hold back with carriers and long range ordnance vessels that are exposed to fighters, or escort cruisers into battle. They are frequently seen covering gunboats and Scythe class cruisers as they assault carriers.
The Dirk class carries a lighter armament than most frigates, but is almost entirely specialised to deal with fighters. The large array of automated quad lasers and flak cannons can create whole arcs of space that are almost impassable for light fighters.
It is a specialised vessel, and as such is vulnerable to attack from heavier vessels. The five fastmount turbolasers can threaten corvettes and heavy gunships, but anything large is able to engage a lone Dirk-class without fear.
The ship has a relatively light hull, to attempt to maximise speed to allow them to redeploy rapidly and deal with emerging fighter threats. However, this means a heavy broadside, or missile attack can crumple the ship if the shields are penetrated.
