Hologram-ify image

Hello!

I'm looking for someone who is talented to make an image look like a hologram.
I want to use it for Loske's bio, and I can't...I'm terrible at following tutorials.

I saw this: http://graphicriver.net/item/hologram-photoshop-action/11206033-- and it looks dope, I just can't replicate the actions.

The images I'd like done (just one is fine! I don't know if one is easier than the other, so there are options) are:

• Image 1
• Image 2 (Fancy!)
• Image 3
• Image 4
• Image 5
• Image 6
