GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Army Name: Holy Knight Caste of the Navis Sacra Religion
  • Classification: Religiously Devout Warrior Caste
  • Affiliation:
  • Army Symbol: The “Angel Star” of the Navis Sacra Religion.
  • Description: A devout, professional military force that is sworn to protect the values and interests of the Navis Sacra Religion. This is a whole caste of the aforementioned religion, much like the Keepers, the Clergy, and the Main Flock.
The Holy Knights are made up of three basic ranks. Squires, Knights, and Knight Commanders. Modifier prefixes like “sub” “vice” “second” or “Grand” are added to fill in the more nuanced gaps.
All members of this caste are blessed with the Holy Communion Neural Implant. The Implant allows these beings to commune with “Angel” that have been designed or upgraded with the Angel Navis Operating System.
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Headquarters: Damascus Station
  • Goals: These are the goals of the Holy Knight Caste of the Navis Sacra Religion:
    • Refer to all spacecraft/spacesuits as “Angels”
    • Protect all Angels from the threats of “Non-Angels”, whether they are part of the Navis Sacra Religion or not.
    • Defend the crews of all Angels that are part of the Navis Sacra Religion
    • Serve and protect the will of the Holy Prophets, Willow & Ivy
    • Never to kill another Angel unless wearing an Angel of their own.
  • Reputation: To any outsiders that do not understand the basic premise of the Holy Knights Caste, they can be perceived as being a little nuts. This is due to the fact that the Holy Knights maintain the belief that all ships and spacesuits are “somehow” alive in the Force and are sacred. Not many would choose to mock them for this, however, since their fanatical devotion to their faith makes them formidable warriors to be reckoned with.
They are not permitted to kill other ships or spacesuits unless they themselves are wearing spacesuits of armour. This is done in adherence to the tenet “only Angels shall be allowed to kill other Angels”.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
As the Navis Sacra Religion grew aboard the massive Damascus Station, the need for warriors began to arise. After an attempt by the Hutts to recapture the twins, people expressing a desire to protect their faith, and a meeting between Daro Roz’yrn, Andrew Lonek, and Omar Dobson, the initiative to build the Holy Knights Caste was born.

After the events at the Damascus Station Expo, the twins took the “robe wearing cultists” and gave them uniforms. Purpose. Organization. The cultists grew into a full-on religion that sought the guidance of the twins to understand their connections to the “Steel Angels”. One such man that sought guidance was Andrew Lonek. The twins directed him to seek out Daro Roz’yrn and Omar Dobson as they could help him and others shape their devotion into a powerful weapon.

During the time when the Prophets were teaching and shaping the Navis with their visions, an attempt was made by some bounty hunters to capture the twins and take them back to the Hutts. This attempt was confronted by Daro Roz’yrn and Andrew Lonek as they showed how “Steel Angels” could be used in personal combat as well as in space. The tech they used was both experimental, but effective, spurring a movement to produce more of these types of weapons for those who wish to defend the Angels, the Navis, and the Prophets Willow & Ivy.

After the twins suggested to Andrew that he should seek Daro and Omar — and after the attempt to kidnap the twins occured — a meeting took place. Omar, Daro, and Andrew met at a Bantha Burger establishment and discussed the means which the Navis could defend their way of life without violating their religious sensibilities. The three of them decided to form the Holy Knights Caste of the Navis Sacra Religion, which was to serve as the official soldier arm of the Navis Sacra Religion, and ultimately, the Nomadic Peoples Coalition.

The work then began to organize and build this Caste. Training programs were created, technology and weapons were either built or purchased, and policies were written. The first division to be commissioned was the standard infantry division. After they were a successful test bed for the tactics and tech that was developed, other divisions such as scouting knights and heavy weapons units were also initiated.

Looks good overall! Just one minor change to request. Under Members, please link to the character bios of these members, rather than their OOC profiles. Profile names can change, but bios provide direct information about the characters. Does that make sense?
It most certainly does! And thank you! This is fixed now.

(Crap. So close to another “straight to approval”. puts rubber stamp away)
