STRENGTHS
- Warrior King: While definitely not as physically capable as he used to be, Horace is well-versed in combat and military tactics.
- Cyborg: Far from being anti-technology, Horace obtained a number of cybernetic enhancements during his youthful travels throughout the galaxy. These include modifications to his reflexes, adrenaline glands, skeleton and muscular system, as well as the installation of a hidden third eye in his forehead which can shoot a powerful laser beam.
- Machiavellian: Horace is politically savvy, but belongs to a certain school of thought that doesn't really take people's rights into account. He will not hesitate to have his rivals killed, and typically doesn't show mercy to those who betray and plot against him.
WEAKNESSES
- Dying: Horace has been ill for some time, leaving him bedridden or confined to a hoverchair. The prognosis isn't good. All he can do is try to make the most of his last days of life.
- Drunkard: Horace loves spirits in all their forms, but he is especially partial to wine and drinks a great deal of it. When under the influence, he may do or say things which can get him into trouble.
- Feared & Loathed: By the majority of the Galactic Alliance and a sizeable portion of the Ukatian populace, for the more tyrannical aspects of his rule. He's a feudalistic monarch, what do you expect? Civil rights? Ha ha!
