- Accessibility: A public access roady/Speeder path, a landing spot for shuttles, and a private underground tunnel entered through a nearby waterfall.
- Description: An property with a small starport, and and made up of a main house and several "guest" villas.
- "Mini-Starport" - A structure with 8 Starship/Shuttle berths. Each one with coded entry/exit doorways. Once cleared for landing by the control tower, if you do not have the code to get through the door, you will not exit the berth.
- Beaches - The entire grounds is a 10-minute speeder ride edge to edge at the most.
- Underground - While the house is expansive and made up of several houses, there is also an underground part of the properyty
- Spa - Whirlpools, full-service gyms, aromatherapy, and massage.
- Gym - Machines, Weights, anaerobic and cardiovascular exercises available in this state of the art facitlity.
- Entertainment Area - Everyone needs a night off
- Huge Kitchen - "Cooking with Caltin" began in this kitchen and the remodel made it that much better.

The property is accessible by Speeder, ship or shuttle, landing in the small starport located on the there is the "underground" entrance that is only known by the RNR government and owners of the property. If you have the security codes to walk through the doors, you can leave the poet, otherwise, you will remain there until you leave.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Angellus house is over nine hundred years old. Originally built and paid for by Arestul Angellus and Caltin Vanagor(yes, him). It has survived and been well maintained over the years, most recently thanks to the work of
Joran Del-Finn
. Caltin has returned, not to take over the house, but to upgrade and remodel it gave the late Liram Angellus' wife Alyksandra and her son Michael a place to live without taking away from Joran.There is a lot that was added to this property, updating and improving on everything. Want to explore the property? The property is little more than a ten-minute walk, edge to edge. Want to just relax? Lounge out at the enormous grotto pools. or community spa(just off of the full-service gym) featuring hot tubs, aromatherapy, and massage. What better way to work off the meals you could enjoy at one of our three 4 star restaurants. Or just sit on your porch and watch the sunset.
