SPECIAL FEATURES
- Faraday Cage Underlay: Beneath the tunic, the wearer dons a body-tight set of leggings and coveralls for the torso and arms. This fiber covers the makings of a Faraday Cage which is designed in order to nullify any electrical or energy discharge. This has been added to the over-all apparel with the likelihood of coming across the ability known as "Force Lightning".
- Plasteel Guards: Special Plating has been fitted for the legs (from ankles to the knees), Torso (chest and back), and shoulders. While Plasteel is not resistant to the blows of Lightsabers it does offer some protection against Kinetic Force, as well as Blaster-fire.
- Utility Belt: For the safe-keeping of Lightsabers via magna-locks, as well as leather satchels/bags which can be secured to the belt for extra carrying capacity.
- Bandolier: Similar to the Utility belt though fit to be slung across the chest from shoulder to side, the Bandolier has been designed with smaller square shaped satchels to carry items such as Ammunition, Medical Stims and other such smaller equipment one might need out in the field.
- Ear-Comlink: An earpiece meant for the easier communication across numerous channels, this little handy device has all the same functions as your typical Comlink, yet is hands-free!
- Reconnaissance Gauntlet (Left hand): A handy little tool and easy to carry. The Alpha-One Gauntlet is perfect for one's exploring needs, whether tactical or simply taking a stroll. This device is programmed for medical and physical self-diagnostics, territory mapping and motion detection as well as advanced holo-communications support.
- Symbols of Hope: Upon the shoulders are the crests of the Silver Jedi Order and of Commenor, representing the union of the two peoples.
- This Attire carries an Average Resistance towards Blaster-fire and Kinetic damages thanks to the addition of the Plasteel Guards covering the persons legs, shoulders and protecting their vital organs (Torso - front & back).
- Thanks to the application of the Faraday Cage, attacks such as Force Lightning, ION blasts and most other energy displacement damages are nullified.
- Being a lightweight attire, this apparel allows for swift and ease of movement on the battlefield. It also appears casual enough to not stand out within a crowded room of fellow Jedi.
- Lightweight and Vulnerable compared to most larger or dense materials used on other armors. This apparel carries no resistance to explosive damages and low resistance to Slugthrowers.
- There are obvious points of vulnerability where there is no plasteel plating (Thighs and forearms). This apparel also does not include headgear and protection of the neck is slim to none.
- The Reconnaissance Gauntlet and the Ear-Comlink aren't protected via the Faraday Cage underlay and is thus susceptible to Ion based attacks that could hinder the wearers ability to map out the terrain or call for reinforcements.
Though not every member of the family are necessarily members of the Silver Jedi Order, Veiere Arenais has seen fit to create a series of Jedi Apparel for them all, in commemoration with the World of Commenor's joining the Order of the Silver Jedi. One half Jedi, the other half befitting of tactical apparel, those that would be wearing the outfit would be distinguishable from other Jedi, though not alarmingly so as to be considered outside of the Order's typical nature.
Like many a Solder or headstrong Rebel, the shoulders on this outfit display the symbols of both the Silver Jedi and of Commenor, rather than House Arenais itself. These logo's aren't made of anything special, though the sentimentality behind them is that they stand for hope in a future of cooperation, unity and peace for their people; as well as the will to fight for peace for those outside of their territories who are still being oppressed by the Darker Force's of the Galaxy.
The Tunic's come in either white or tan colors, the leggings to match. The belt and Bandolier's are a dark brown leather similar to the boots and gloves. The Plasteel Guards are all white to give the plating a bit more shine and stand out from the rest of the outfit, and finally the Hooded Robe's come in a choice of three colors, black, dark brown or white to give a good contrast to the rest of the apparel.
Thanks to the connections and financial status of House Arenais, the materials used are all of superior quality, however the attire has been kitted out for ease of movement and hasn't used any overly excessive of significantly costly materials compared to the likes of Phrik or other such examples. This is as much for formal representation as it is for use in the field and offers a fine blend of both worlds, carrying a statement in what it stands for, wherever one goes.
