DESCRIPTION

The Treasury Division was one of the first things set up after Khemost was settled by the House, to codify Currency practices and stabilize spending habits to prevent economic destabilizing of the House. Recently, all it's assets were stolen by Arianna Belasko and relocated to the services of House Bloodscrawl, with the name used as misdirection.

RATIONALE

Knowing every Government needs a treasury in order to keep from descending into economic ruin and to make trade viable with potential allies, Arianna, given her vast wealth and experience in managing said wealth as well as her Familiarity with treasury laws and markets of other governments, immediately made herself the unquestioned leader of the Treasury, sticking only to the Aurodium Standard as a guide to protect against inflation as much as possible.
