How Do Rebellions Work?

I noticed a "Rebellion" tag and was curious as to how this works.

They do not anymore.

There used to be a Rebellion ruleset, this was however removed due to disuse. Perhaps one day it will come back, but for now it's just a nice little extra prefix.

[member="Trixter"] Currently... it doesn't. It's leftover from an attempt to integrate a rebellion system, however it has been deemed out of commission until a superior system can be developed at a much later date.

You can still use the tag for threads about rebellions, but there are no longer any official rules surrounding it.
