How do you like your eggs? [Open to all]

Primeval Space
Dantooine
Open Fields

I looked all around me. The open plains of Dantooine were on many different levels of enjoyment. You had the wide open spaces, and then you had the very small platues that hid treasures such as caves and and even underground temples. It was here that I looked for a special item. One that I would need. Searching for the native Kinrath. A bug that was as large as a cat. or even bigger to be about half the size of a man. I needed to look for them, so I could track them back to their cave. I needed their eggs.

First I had to get close to an area where I might find them. And to get there fast, I rode on a speeder. The smooth dome of a helmet was over my head. Black and reflective like a mirror, I looked out as I sped by the lone trees and the few native fauna of the area.

I smiled as I slowed down. Coming to an edge, I pulled my speeder over towards it. And easily looked over the edge to find just what I needed. There were about five of the little buggers. All messing around. Smiling, I pulled off my helmet, Sat it on the seat of the speeder, and moved to the edge. I looked down as I reached slowly to the katana on my hip. I then took a step forwards to drop down as I drew the weapon.

In an instant, all of their beady eyes looked right at me. I smiled even brighter as I lashed out with the sword. Cutting off the legs of one only to kick it away from me, A punch with my left hand into the face of the second, and a slash to cut the third in half. Three down. two to go.

The other two rushed me. And with a force push, I sent them tumbing backwards and with one smacking into a tree, the other died from a concusion to the repetive hitting of its head on the ground. Without looking, I sheathed the sword, and looked for the cave entrance.

Clearing my face, I set forward to look inside.

Looking in upon the cave entrance, I smiled as I reached onto my belt. Pulling out a glow stick, I cracked it. Revealing a huge amount of light in every direction. Using my left hand to throw it while my right was ready to draw the katana at a moments notice, I threw it into the cave. Throwing it far enough to notice that there were three more within the cave. I smiled as the sound of their war calls came to my ears. sounding almost like taking sand paper and rubbing up agianst another sheet of sand paper.

One jumped out into the air towards me, only to be surprised with a force pull upwards to send it flying high into the air. I then rushed the other two. Cutting one in half with a drawing, and then slashing motion all in one. And then with a turn, I kicked another enchaning myself with the force. Sending it cracking and breaking against the cave wall.

Reaching down for the glow stick, I then stood upright and began to walk on. While hearing the thump and crack of an exoskeleton. Likely the bug that I had thrown into the air finally landing down on the ground resulting in its death.

"Please be something more challenging than this."

"Seems it is in my best interest to follow you in here?" Came from T'zanith as he walked passed the broken shells of [member="Akuma"]'s most recent "victims". Seeing the one that had last fallen twitch a little he stamped on it's head just to make sure. "Do not worry I mean you no harm and I suspect we are here of a similar purpose... if not the same." He then said, his voice calm almost apathetic, as he reached down and puled off the leg-like appendage that came out of what was left of the bugs face. "As I am unarmed I suppose I'll have to scavenge your kills for one hm?" He then said with a hint of a smirk on his lips as he then walked up to the woman and extended his hand in a friendly manner. He had his robes hood on but the only thing the shadow coming over his face could have hidden was already hidden, his eyes covered by a black blindfold.

Looking behind me from the darkness of the cave. I looked to see another Sith Acolyte that I had not the pleasure of meeting personally, but had known prior information of. His name was.... Zebun? Zebrawn? No..... Zebron! That's who it was. He was the half-breed. However, his face I have not seen before. Even in this darkness, it was hard to. I raised the glow stick a little higher so that I could clearly see how tall he was, and maybe get a chance of seeing his face. Either way, I allowed him to come. Simply because I didn't want to cause a fight between us.

"Just don't get in my way."

As he spoke about looting the Krinrath of the eggs, I smiled and shook my head. Pointing deeper into the cave.

"You don't know much about them do you? The females hide within the cave protecting their eggs while the males protect throughout. You will find no eggs or crystals within them."

I moved on. Deeper into the cave. Hoping that either he would leave, or follow. If he followed, and got in my way, then surely I would kill him. I had no hesitation within my life. Hesitation lead to death. If he came, he better hold up his end of the trip.

@T'zanith Zebron,

He stared a little at the woman, granted she wasn't as strong in the force as some of the knights or even lords he had seen around the temple but she was above the average acolytes, at least she was better defined and detailed than most of them to his sight. When she spoke he just listened before nodding to her. "I meant a weapon but I must admit I did not know that about the krinrath." He then said with a slight bow as he followed her, he didn't want to get in her way, mostly because she had the superior weaponry. After walking for a few moments he tapped her shoulder and gestured down the passage they were walking down. "I sense four down that way." He said as he seemed to be looking passed her and down the tunnel. "One is in the ceiling, but I can't make out the other three's position." He then told her as he readied the facial stinger he had taken as his weapon.

Walking on as he made note of wanting a weapon instead of a crystal from the dead bodies of the krinrath. I shrugged my shoulders as I looked on with the glowstick. Making sure to search for the eyes of the creatures. Luminescence came from the irises of creatures. Higher amounts of this allowed animal and creatures to live and see in the darkness. The Krinrath were creatures that lived in caves. Meaning they needed to see. Ergo, the light reflected off of their eyes would allow me to see them.

Even when I heard the man behind me, speaking of "seeing" them and where they were. One was in the ceiling apparently. Telling me on where the other three he could not find. I smiled and Turned around. Handing him the glowstick, I spoke,

"Keep walking. And literally you will have to defend yourself... that is if I don't get to them first."

He would act as the bait. Drawing out the other three while I would hide in the shadow. While still within the light, I used my skills in force cloak, to make myself not completely invisible, but look much more like a ghost or a wrathe. I drew my sword, it as well looked like a phantom blade, but was very much still lethal.

"I'll try and get them before they get to you, if not, well. you better learn how to use that stinger quick."

@T'zanith Zebron,

When she handed him the glow stick he seemed to grumble slightly, something about not needing it, but then he just fixed it on his side so his hands would be free. Then with a slight sigh he began to go further down into the tunnel with the stinger ready in his hands. 'What is she thinking?' He thought a little as he began to near the closest of the four he had seen, which happened to be the one in the ceiling.

It dropped down with it's screeching battle cry and stinger ready to strike though all it struck was the end of his robe as he barely got out of the way in time. With a slight spin he was able to build momentum enough to let the stinger in his hands whip into the side of the Krinrath and puncturing it's chitin. The sound of the end of T'Zanth's robe ripping mixed with the Krinrath's sound of pain before he had turned again and whipped the stinger into the side of where he thought it's neck was. Again all it did was puncture the chitin enough to cause pain to the bug but it was enough to make it begin to back away from him, or try at least. With a straining telekinetic "push" to his weapon he finally punctured the beasts head enough to kill it.

"Ok so these things are a lot tougher than I thought they'd be..." He said as he let out a few panting breaths before looking to the end of the tunnel and seeing the other three almost upon him. "Why'd she have to make it look so easy?" He then grumbled before using the stinger in his hands to block one of the Krinrath's strikes while one more cut into his robe and gave his outer left thigh a deep scratch. With frustration building he let his makeshift weapon go and broke the stinger that had hurt him with his hands, by punching as hard as he could into one of the vulnerable joints in the appendage. Of course by doing this he was vulnerable to the other two that were close enough to hit him now.

I smiled as he walked forward. Coming under the attack of the one in the ceiling, I waited. Surely he could deal with one. What I was watching for was the other three. When they came around behind him, I moved myself out of the way, let them past me. Instead of taking them head on. The first one attacked him. I smiled. he was doing pretty good with a makeshift weapon. Considering these bugs fought each other for mates all the time, they would be resistant to their own "weapons."

Coming up from behind, I slashed at the hind legs of closest one to me. Followed by slamming my fist down in the center of the bug, I heard cracking, and my hand was now covered in guts and slime. In the dim light of the glow stick on the belt, I moved to the second, cutting straight down, cleaving the bug in half. With Telekinesis, The rocks that were on the ground around the Krinrath that had once been in the ceiling, were thrown at him. Imbedding themselves in his legs, and body. He was buffed back once more for the time being as I came up behind the one that was attacking the Sith Acolyte.

A sweeping kick brought it down, only to have a Katana cut it in four pieces. yet I used only two slashed at the center of it's body. Standing up straight, I would let Zebron deal with that last one. Seeing as how he was standing between me and it, However, he deserved to do some of the work around here. If he had a weapon, I wouldn't have have been delivering the finishing blows to the ones he already did.

@T'zanith Zebron,

With an exhale of relief as he saw the other two be dispatched he punched again this time closer to the beasts head than just taking the stinger away. As it staggered back from the blow T'zanith pulled out a knife from behind his belt and charged it, embedding the knife as deeply as he could into the head of the Krinrath. It fell back, limp and lifeless, as he pulled out the knife slightly out of breath as his chest rose and fell rapidly as he tried to catch his breath. "That... was unpleasant..." He then said as he turned his face to seem like he was looking at her, his breath slowing down and becoming steady once more. "Using me as bait...E Chu ta." He mumble a little before he looked down the tunnel the Krinrath's had come from as he stood up full and wiped his knife against the tunnel wall. With a small gesture of 'shall we?' he began to walk down the tunnel, using telekinesis to hold the broken stinger of the last Krinrath he killed into his other hand.

[member="Akuma"]

Unpleasant? Oh boo hoo. Some people just needed to learn how to sacrifice their time and possibly their skin for others. Even if it was someone you didn't know. Because maybe, just maybe they could come back to help you some day. Even with that, I allowed myself to materialize back into the visible spectrum, taking the glow stick and holding it out in front of me as I put my katana away. I just shook my head as I then started walking off down the cave. Getting further into the darkness.

Moving on, I spoke to him, letting the echoes of my voice carry to him, and in a rather disappointing tone.

"If you didn't want to be the bait, maybe you should have grabbed some kind of weapon before coming here."

Some people just were either too stupid, or just didn't care. Though there was a chance that this man didn't have any weapons at all. In which case, he needs to catch up. Because there is no way you are going to survive in a war without a weapon. Because at some point, someone will run up to you with a melee weapon of some kind, and try to take you down.

"Why did you come here anyways? You should have known that you would come to fight the Krinrath here. Especially since the crystals you want the most are stored in their eggs sometimes."

@T'zanith Zebron

He walked next to her as she took the glow stick out from his side. With a slight scoff he walked next to her down the tunnel and listened to her voice, as far has her tone went he didn't much care for it but the sound of her voice was a welcomed given how silent his day's at the temple had been. "It is true I am in need of a weapon." He said as he held the knife in a downwards facing angle in his hand to show her. "A better one at least. As for my reason of coming here it is quite simple actually, I read through the archives and I stumbled upon lightsaber designs. Some were quite interesting and I'd rather have the crystal ready for when I eventually build one after all." When he spoke his tone was a slow, calm even centered not as apathetic as it was in the beginning. With a sharp stop and a grabbed [member="Akuma"]'s shoulder he pointed further down the tunnel. With a few slow gestures at the end of the tunnel. "The tunnel splits in a bit... I can't see were to the two go but there is a massive egg-chamber on what I think is a single level lower."

After he came up side of me, we walked for a moment when he answered, and explained that he came here looking for a crystal so should he want a lightsaber, he could readily make one. I agreed. It was a good idea. Sure I already had my own lightsaber. One that I had gotten from my former master, and friend. But I needed one that I would agree to using. Or maybe, just maybe I could use the crystal for something else. Shrugging my shoulders I was about to speak when he stopped me. Grabbing my shoulder, I reacted like a lightning strike. Grabbing his hand and pulling it off of me.

I was not all about people touching me. And I didn't want a person who I hardly know touch me. Still, he continued to mention that there was a fork in the road. From here I could see that, but he didn't know which way to go. And, below was a chamber in which we were close to. Meaning he knew we had to continue. Then move down before we could get to the chamber.

"We can either go seperatly, or together. Seeing as how you don't have a weapon..."

Indicating the fork I would let him decide where to go. Since he was the one who could see further than I could.

@T'zanith Zebron

The way she reacted when he touched her shoulder caused him to whip his hand back when she let it go. 'ok no touching' he thought as he stopped with her and looked on deeper into the tunnel. Focusing his sight he came to the conclusion that both those ways would further split when they were further along into them. "It seems I can't decide which, since they just keep splitting... and there are... I think four way's into the main egg chamber... if that is what that chamber is." He then said as he flicked his knife in circles around his index finger, a habit when he pondered something.

After a few moments he put his knife away and walked two steps forward before he turned to look at her. "Well I guess these things don't use dead ends so I believe what ever way we choose will eventually lead us down to the egg chamber. That is unless you have some better understanding of these bugs?" He then said as he leaned against the tunnels wall while he awaited her answer, his left hand palming the stinger as he observed it through touch.

[member="Akuma"]

He was a little bit more wary of me. Staying close enough, but far enough away to prevent contact. I didn't like people touching me. Rarely would I care if someone did. And few did I want, or allow, to touch me. Even as I stood here, Wondering why he grabbed my shoulder. Maybe he just didn't feel like telling me to stop? I shook my head. Answering his question while wanting to move on. Because there wasn't really any way for us to really choose if there really was no dead ends. then it looks like we would have to just move forward.

I walked past him silently to the left side. Walking on with the glow stick right in front of me. I just wanted to get my crystal, or a few, and walk out of here.

@T'zanith Zebron

He walked behind [member="Akuma"] in silence. The tunnel went on for a way before it turned downwards in a left side tilt, in a small pocket in the wall he noticed a Krinrath hiding in the wall waiting to strike at them from behind. With a slight amused turn of his lips he slowed down a little so that the Krinrath would go for her if she didn't notice it. Waiting for until it would begin to wind up a strike he'd shoot the stinger, he had taken from the last one he killed, with telekinesis and then he'd charge in to bury his knife in the back of the bugs head to quickly dispatch it.

I continued to walk forward. Watching around me and my surroundings. I wasn't adept of feeling through the force. So I would have to rely on Zebron somewhat to tell me what was ahead. I kept my weapon at the ready. Preparing for anything. I looked over to my left suddenly as I heard scraping. Only just in time to see a Krinrath jump out at me. I dropped the glowstick while raising my hands up and used it's own body weight to slam it to the ground onto it's back.

Only to see a knife stab itself into the creature deep enough to severely injure it. Because it twas too close for me to draw my weapon, I simply slammed my elbow down on it's head, to keep it there till it stopped moving.

Looking up in the shade of the cave system. I could see Zebron with the dagger. I shook my head.

"You wanted to get back at me. Good."

Standing up, I grabbed the glowstick and continued to move on like nothing happened between us.

Karking prick.

@T'zanith Zebron,

Wiped his dagger against the tunnel wall as he walked behind her, a smirk on his lips as he focused his sight passed her and down the tunnel. This woman intrigued him quite a bit, especially how she responded to his little revenge. 'Good? how was it good? ugh these sith confound me' He thought as he noticed they were coming up to a chamber that was one one side while the tunnels kept going. Noticing that there were around eight krinrath inside the chamber as well as four eggs he decided to tell her about it. "Hey we are coming up to an egg chamber and there is an ambush up ahead as well." He said in a calm manner though he quickly moved up to walk next to [member="Akuma"] so he could be sure to hear her response.

"It's never an ambush if you expect it to happen."

Over the years in which I have learned. Fighting may have been one of them, but the other was tactics. Tactics on the ground, and physically in the fight. Keeping a level head, and even more so, not letting things get to you. Having a thick skin was good. However, if that one person found that single topic in which you will not allowed to be uttered, it set you off into a rampage. I closed my eyes as I walked on.

Not wanting to even think of him. Even just the thought hurt me. I clenched my teeth and opened my eyes to walk right past the opening into the chamber.

"Here, take this."

Handing him the drawn vibroblade, I would expect him to use it. Seeing as how I was a good fighter anyways without it as much as I was with the weapon. I then walked forward. Cracking my knuckles. Ready for the fight.

Was quite surprised when she handed him the vibroblade and he took it into his hand, it felt... different. He didn't have much time to get fully used to it as the krinrath charged at them from the chamber eight charged at them at the same time though at a glance he could see there were still four left inside the chamber. 'They were behind them huh?' He thought as he explained his oversight to himself but he quickly took a stava vibroblade stance. Two charged at him while another two charged at [member="Akuma"] and four still following behind.
"These things never seem to run do they?" He said with a smirk and amused tone as he deflected a stab at him from one and then sliced another stinger of, using the movement to move into a lunge at the krinraths head, using telekinesis when he was done with his stab to throw the sliced of stinger at the others body. The screeching of the krinrath was what annoyed T'zanith the most, his hearing was already higher than usual and their screeching caused him no end of discomfort, this also made his telekinetic throw miss any vita organs of the krinrath.

Taking a few more steps in a walking pace, My face broke out into a grin as Zebron said something about not wanting to run. Instead of answering him, I then sped up my pace. Only to use the force. Increasing my strength as the first of the krinrath came at me. I slammed my fist into the bug. Almost as though a thunder clap went off, it flew across the room. Slamming into the wall with a crunch. I stood up straight as the second one charged me. Listening as my blade whistled in the air only to be brought down on the krinrath by Zebron.

I didn't mind the fact that he was using my blade, more so the sound of it felt so good to me. The swoosh as it cut through the air every time. My mouth brightened even more as I sent a round house kick to the second Krinrath. Bashing my foot into it's exoskeleton, I stepped down, smashing any internal organs that happened to be in the way of my foot and the ground. The other four rushed us. Seeing their comrades dead, they wanted revenge, as well as to protect their eggs.

Lifting my foot up and out of the now dead bug, I picked it up, and threw it at the first one to charge me. Smacking it down, but nowhere near killing it. The second one continued to charge. Only would it find that as I reached out with my hands, it was not for a hug. Instead I grabbed it's legs, lifted it up into the air, only to use a force push to send it into one of the natural spikes within the cave. I was filled with anger as I rushed the last rising one. Tacking it to the ground, I came out on top with my fists slamming down into the exoskeleton. Breaking through it only to spatter guts of the vile creatures on myself.

Once done, I picked myself up. And looked over to Zebron to see he had dispatched his own rather well. Cuts here and there of the bugs, and their exoskeletons torn through with the blade and knife combo.
