I have a picture that i want to put in a spoiler in my signature, but I don't know how to make a spoiler! Can you guys help?

It always good to break the spoiler codes between lines and put the link you're hiding inside between the two instead of all in one line as we do for other codes.
Alternatively, you can get all the codes the site allows in Special BBCode icon above your reply/signature box, left of the font box. Spoiler is there too.
