How to Make a Glowstick

Genu needs a lightsaber, he is a self trained force user that has been using a vibrosword as his weapon because he doesn't know how to make or use a lightsaber. He's always used Makashi as his fighting form because it could use a sword. Getting him a saber and some formal training would be awesome. I want to make him more effective and get him the training needed to become a well rounded fighter.

RP's are needed and I have plenty of motivation to want them. Thanks in advance for any help you all can give.

I have a full methodology written out for how I've always been taught to construct a lightsaber (if you go the physical method) - however, canonly you're also able to construct it through the Force if your skills are honed enough.

Here's the source - it's on a different webpage but it's my own; if you don't trust external links, I can PM you it. (It just requires reformatting if that's the case)

EDIT:

It should be noted that you ought to align the crystal(s) through the Force, to avoid the whole thing blowing up on you when you first ignite it!

(Disclaimer: I'm not claiming this to be the only method, simply the one I have been taught over the years!)

Oh, naturally, but it's also good to have the understanding OOC too. Honestly, it shouldn't be too difficult for him to find resources on it IC in a world so filled with FUs ^^

That's the main reason I bookmarked it. :)

Currently reading 'The Dark Side: The Four Stages' not foreshadowing the fall of my beloved Uri (I have a sith in the works however) but just reading over it and wishing more people did the falling to the darkside in steps. >.>

I also love the part on atonement and the sentence 'a redeemed Jedi is one who has performed a selfless act of heroism without using the dark side to obtain results.'

I think that one I copied from Wookiee as a personal bookmark, ready to write it into my own words... Only I got sidetracked! It's very interesting though, hence adding it in. I like me some research.
