I have a question...

I saw Yoda's species, and it matched what I wanted for a character. Relatively small (Or short), but exceedingly agile. There's really only one that you ever see, but the "species" is simply called "Yoda's Species", but sources state that there are many of them. Would that mean it's canon?

Yes, you can absolutely play a character of that species

It is a species that is pretty rare, yes, and you do only see a handful of them, yes. However you are free to write them here (you'd still be a pretty rare specimen, not many people write it).

It is called Yoda's species because George Lucas refused to give permission for any backstory on the species' origin or history, in order to preserve the mystique of the species.

It is canon, too.

It should be noted that Yoda's species is not known for being particularly agile. The only member of his species to be seen in much combat was Yoda himself, and he was old and decrepit. The only reason he moved with that much agility was because of his strength in the Force and extremely high level mastery of Ataru.

So yes, it may be that Yodas are naturally nimble, but in Yoda's specific case it's absolutely because of the Force.

Anyway, yes, the species is playable.

Besides Chiasa's list of badass green dudes, you could also pick through pictures of the Asura from Guild Wars... I think [member='Minna'] would probably agree with me on that
