Xoff here is an old character of mine, a crime Lord who married into a powerful Hutt family. While I could just write a backstory NPC, I'd like to explore the option tying the knot with an established Hutt here on chaos or co-running a branch of the cartel.
Xoff isn't picky, but OOCly the goal is to get him involved with the Hutt Cartel as a major player - he's in it for the criminal empire game, not for the money or the looks, so expect a loyal a cutthroat advisor!
If you're not a Hutt, Xoff here still needs friends, foes, mercs to hire as bodyguards, hitmen to dodge, marks to con and heists to run, the works.
