I like this bar

Having a shipping business like adal did wonders, and arriving to corusaunt she immediately sought the best bar she could. She ended up finding one on her datapad and gave a smile as she got on comms to the crew and spoke

alllllright folks everyone except for security has leave enjoy a time around town and remember if you are out in jail your out of luck if you can't pay

She then chuckled and the ship landed being locked into the dick before she made her way to the cargo hold things being off loaded into the docks to be place into transports to the places they needed. She had a few take care of the shady packages before she got a speeder and sped

finally she got to the bar after a hour and walked in looking around taking a seat at the bar she ordered a whiskey to start looking around to see who was here

He had arrived at the bar and took a seat as he sighed and ordered some corellian ale, he just had a long day at work, as per always, nothing ever seemed to change at that job.

"Can this night get any more weird for me?"

He drank there for a while just thinking about the day, remembering every turn and twist he made, every blaster shot fired, every pilot he had killed, drinking all the memories away, one sip at a time.

He glanced next to him as a girl had come and taken a seat next to him, he didn't talk to her as he wanted to sulk. He glanced at her several times though, she was pretty good looking.

Adal was having A good time looking up seeing the podraces, she didn't really care who won it was always fun to see they weaving in and out dodging death by a second or even less!

However she noticed a man sulking beside her, now she knew some came to the bar to just sulk drink whatever was bothering the person. Howecer she wasn't gonna have any of that so she patted his back

hey there can't help but notice your a bit down, eh bartender this guys drink is on me

He hadn't really noticed the podraces going on but as he saw that she was staring at them with great interest he decided to take a look and watched it for a little bit.

Noticing that she had glanced over at him he looked away and tried not to get himself noticed, but it was too late for him the second she opened her mouth and offered him a drank.

"No truly that's fine mam you don't have to pay for my drinks."

He looked at her and sighed and shook her hand.

"I'm Ben, nice to meet you."

She said and motioned to the podraces

Don't get to watch them live often, I uh run a shippimg business so way out there gotta have them downloaded before I head out ya know

She was cheery, for a good reason she made a lot of money in the last run, so mow she was feeling good and sociable

He glanced up at the podraces.

"I don't really watch podraces all that much, or anything to be honest. I'm a fighter pilot, I've been busy the last few... months."

Saying this he put his head in his hands and pulled his head up with a groan.

She gave A chuckled as she heard that from him and nodded

She listened again and then frowned at his reaction, she hasn't been exposed to the horrors of war, only when she was kidnapped when she was younger that was all. She looked away unsure how to act then spoke

ah must of uh...Been rough eh? Tell you what since your a service man don't pay tonight I've for enough to keep you going

She said politely, her smile was genuine as she nodded and took a drink

He gave her a slight smile as she made a comment and then but his head down.

"Yeah.."

Listening to her as she made a comment he shook his head with a slight smile and took a swig of his drink and glanced at her as she drank and tapped his foot on the floor a little as he sat on the stool.

"I make enough to pay for a few drinks myself mam, and anyways you'd be bankrupt by the time I'm done.."

As he said this his voice trailed off a bit into nothing.

She gave A frown, she may not be the best moral person considering she was also smuggling, however she knew when a person needed a little help

well if I can't pay for you, mind if i stay to ateast drink with you? Rather you get home safe

She said as she looked up watching a crash on the screen and sighed, she knew ceahsee there meant one thing...death

He gave her a sideways glance as he saw her frown heavily as she talked to him about drinking with him.

"Sure if you want that's fine with me, I want to get home safe too."

Looking at her he glanced and saw a crash on the podrace and gave a slight 'ooooo' as it happened.

Sheblooked back as She gave a smile again noddimg as she took a big drink before getting another

perfect haven't had a drinking partner in awhile, so pilot huhwwho do you fly for?

She asked not being intrusive about it mostly just curious , she didn't care who he flies for she was just a merchant

He glanced at her and took a large sip from his drink and swallowing it down with a 'Aaah'

"I fly for the Galactic Alliance, I'm one of their top guys, in the current moment at least."

As he answered this he looked back at her kind of waiting for a reaction from her.

She gave A nod simple reaction nothing other then that, she then smiled

galatic alliance huh? The ones in war with that first order or whatever

It was half a statement half a question as she ordered a ale instead deciding on something to slowly sup while they spoke

He would raise a brow softly at her question and shrug.

"Yes those guys, the ones fighting the First Order."

Sighing softly he took another long swig from his ale and then ordered another.
