I lost my Droid on sweet Dagobah

In orbit, planet Dagobah

Bryce twirled his new BTI-DSG "The Hibernator" around his finger as he lounged on the king size bed of his new captain's cabin. Heck, the whole ship was new to BB, the spoils of a daring rescue he had no clue how he was able to pull off. While not a fast ship, or a warship, the H-Wing Search and Rescue/Medical Cutter BB had christened the Shining Starr after his mother was a fine prize to him. Suddenly he hear the swoosh of an escape pod firing and was snapped out of his amusement back into reality.

Running to the bridge he saw from the cockpit windows they were over a strange planet that was not his home of Biitu.

“What the hell happened?” he asked his astromech pilot.

T7-S8E or Sady as BB called her proceeded to tell him through her binary language the story of how their new S1 Medical Droid has convinced her to change course to the nearest habitable planet due to a medical emergency.

“And you didn’t tell me about this?” BB asked Sady.

“He told me you already knew.” Sady answered.

“Great well guess we need to go get him, scan for where he landed and take us there.” BB said as the Shining Starr began to descend to the planet below.

Fwaaa-bump.
Two electric eyes slowly blinked open at the faint sound in the distance, then the same being sat up in the dirty bed of hers that she took as both a resting place and a work area. Her eyes fell straight across the room, where several holograms laid, and within just two of them, a small shuttle. An escape pod. She threw herself up with a push on the bed, then stumbled forward to the wall which held the devices.
... But she couldn't sense anything from the ship. It was unlikely something so small hurled all the way across space from a nearby battle, but it was still a possibility. After a few moments more of walking and gathering her metal staff, she walked out of the dirt hut, and past the shrubs and bushes that covered it.
Her journey was fast and nimble, making it to the recorded location in only a few minutes, and from there, she slowly stalked in the bushes and stared at the pod, curious to it's holdings. It was a long shot, but just perhaps it had some food inside of it... That would make her day.

Sady by this time was cursing up a storm over being duped by the now rogue S1 unit as they passed lower into the planets atmosphere. Being over four thousand years old she thought she knew it all, and hated to be wrong.

"Don't fly mad Sady," BB chided as they continued down.

The air was thick with dense fog and little visibility. BB watched from the copilot seat as they come in, to fast for his liking. For all his request for calm and speed reduction Sady was far to pissed to give into his silly demands. It was only when they began clipping the massive trees that covered the planet, only then did she take BB advise for caution and slow the Shining Starr to a more reasonable speed.

"Sady, look to the right, that looks like a spot big enough to put the Starr down." BB said pointing to a 60 meter openings in the forest canopy. "I know we are still a few kilometers away from where the pod went down but this should be close enough."

After long moments of no response, Kiara crept forward on her two legs and staff, cautiously approaching the vessel. After waiting again, she ducked her head into the viewport to see just what was inside of it. Either way, in two days it would be scrap metal for her robotics, even if none of the pieces fit.

It was a 'nice' day on Dagobah, just so happening to contain zero chances of deadly storms and raiding animals. And, with new metals to finish some skins for bots? Even better.

( Sorry for short post. On mobile. )

BB left his five Cyclops Battle Droid armed with BTI-IBC "The Restrainer" to guard the Starr as he ventured off to see where the pod landed. Taking only a pair of BTI-DSG "The Hibernator" and his trusty shoulder bag he began traveling through the thick undergrowth. Dagobah was a lot like the the wilds of Taris, and soon began to enjoy letting his animal side out again. Taking to the trees he flipped and climbed through the branches making sure to feel every moment of his travel, but as he approached the crash site his mind was aware of a new presence. He had only felt this a few times and was unsure how to react to so his joy then turned to caution as he ventured nearer to where he would hopefully find his droid.

OOC - Don't worry about it, post how you want.

A new medical droid, eh? Kiara had been long gone since BB's few kilometer journey to find what was barely there. All that now remained was a simple pod with a few components ripped out, and everything else completely bare to the naked eye. It was truly the work of a master mechanic, leaving no trace of oils or dirt in the areas she was working. The door, still in completely fine shape, almost as good as it came in originally, if not for the small bits of electrocuted locks.
The only thing truly giving off direction as to how the droid escaped, or if it escaped at all, was two wooden shoe prints, traveling off beyond a few trees, and at times they disappeared, only to re-appear past an obstacle. They were moderate to follow, but in some cases you had to know what you were doing in order to reach the next area.
Beyond a pillar of shrubs and bushes, Kiara laid down her new powered down droid on the dirt bed that she provided for herself, and quickly went to work on prying and maintaining the metal outline of the droid. As she worked, the electric poured into yet another battery of an older model, but it was a touch more effective due to some modifications. She worked busily, taking only a few glances to her monitors to make sure no one was to follow. This far, it didn't seem as they had.

BB reached the pod to find the S1 missing as well as many of the pods components. The presence he felt also seemed to be gone. Activating his wrist comm he signaled for the Starr to fly over and tractor the pod into the cargo bay. Once that was done he began to search the are for clues and was surprised to instead of finding droid track there were small foot prints the that seemed to sink deep into the Dagobah soil as if caring a heavy load.

Even though S1 was a new member of his crew he treated man and droid alike and was not about to let someone take him away as possibly harm him. Drawing a pistol he quickly set off in the direction of the tracks determined to save S1 if he could.

@Kiara

"Welcome, welcome, we-urrr- fft." Kiara watched the droid become completely lifeless, drained of all battery, then unclipped him and began to pull away wires and the outline frame with two nimble and quick hands. "You poor little thing. Built like a piece of garbage." She muttered as she pulled out a few chips, piling them around the droid as they came out, in different parts than where they belonged.
Kiara had a hobby - that much was obvious. It had come time and time again droids found their way into her home, and she spent months upon months on rebuilding them better and newer, with programming a few months past their current time. Despite being a hermit, in the lonely swamps, she was quite knowledgeable.

As BB approached he hear the droid say ""Welcome, welcome, we-urrr- fft." the go silent. The tracks had lead him to pillar of bushes and undergrowth. Where he heard the sounds of wires being stripped and other components being tampered with.

The presents he had felt was very strong now and he knew it must be a person because a droid never felt like this.

Drawing his said arm he slowly approached hoping to use the element of surprise and rescue his crewmen.

'Keep coming...' Kiara thought to herself as the droid was propped to the side. Herself - she decided to go in a corner, where droids where piled up, making a hole filled wall for her convince. There she continued to strip wires and mess around, keeping a close ear and a closer mind on the noises that threatened her home.

She carefully lifted a single blaster, an old and worn one she had found many months ago from a group of travelers who wanted to see if water turned into booze. It was quite silly, but still, the endless men who died on the trip given her enough clothes to last for a while. Not to mention their rations, water, batteries, and weapons. She flipped hers onto stun, then ducked her head down.

"Gosh darn you..! Wake up!" She screamed, at nothing in particular. It was her own little method of saying 'I'm an open shot,' though she wasn't even really where she was supposed to be.

"Gosh darn you..! Wake up!" BB hears screamed from the behind the wooden door.

Damn this person is fast whoever they are he though. His pride and morals were telling him to barge in and save his crewmen but he couldn't shake this feeling he was in danger. He understood animals from his time as one and one doesn't attack a cornered animal especially in its own den. He had been acting as the hunter but who was really the prey in this instance. Caution was needed.

"A hello in there, have you seen my crewman, you know the one you have been dragging through this swamp?" BB asked as he opened the door to the cave a crack.
