The only thing I could ask for is that there would be more without lightsabers

Well I don't think there are to many. Even in the avatar you picked there's the faint glow as though the person is holding a lightsaber. Plus all Miraluka are force sensitive so it makes sense why people usually draw them with lightsabers in my opinion.
