Iakar Thif is a native of Bilbringi who first served the Bilbringi State Security Service, an Orginization on Bilbringi that had been established to maintain domestic order by hunting down foreign spies and surveilling the public. During the meteoric rise of Solis Tyber and his "True Order" Movement, Thif was among the Officers who joined Tyber in establishing his iteration of the Galactic Empire within the Bilbringi System. When the Chiss Admiral known as Vel'alari overthrew Tyber and took over the Bilbringi System, Thif once more shifted allegiances to serve the Chiss Warlord until Bilbringi's entry into the Galactic Alliance as a member-state, from which Thif went on to leave his native system to join the rising New Imperial Order, disgusted by the constant political instability of his native system and how easily it caved in to a corrupt and immoral democratic power.
Upon joining the New Imperial Order, Thif joined the ranks of COMPNOR, soon rising to the position of Political Commissar, from which he would be attached to various units of the Imperial Military to supervise them and overseeing the political education of them to ensure their loyalty to the New Imperial State. Shortly after the reorganization of the New Imperial Order into the Empire, Thif would come to serve directly under the command of COMPNOR Commissioner Kanollic II Vethres, the former Chief Inspector of the Imperial Inspectorate. Under Vethres, Thif would serve as a liaison between COMPNOR and the Imperial Inspectorate, which would enable him to establish connections to many key individuals within the small Imperial Agency. After the assassination of Vethres, Thif would return to his work as a Political Commissar within COMPNOR after a short stint within the Imperial Inspectorate.
When the Empire collapsed shortly after the climactic Battle of Exegol, Thif left his post of COMPNOR and struck on his own convinced that the Empire had failed and seeking to build up his own reputation and influence across it's former territories. In the pursuit of his ambitions, Thif acquired an inactive Private Military Corporation known as Hellhound Strategic and made use of his various connections to gather a small private army of Ex-Imperials and Mercenaries in addition to a considerable Paramilitary Force within Hellhound Strategic itself. Armed with his Private Military Force and connections with certain Imperial Bureaucrats and Military Officers, Iakar Thif now aims to create a large Neo-Imperial Network of former Imperials in order to ensure the preservation of the tenants of the Empire within former Imperial Worlds from the Shadows in addition to creating a strong buffer against the encroaching forces of the Galactic Alliance and Sith Order.
