BIOGRAPHY:
Ibaothiv was once a trooper in the Republic army, but retired years ago. Shortly after retirement, Ibaothiv moved to Bespin and pooled his pension together to start up a bar, then known as The Bulkhead, where he had planned to spend the rest of his years in quiet retirement. Those plans went out the window the day a bounty hunter crashed a cloud car through his bar’s storefront while chasing down a mark; The damages caused by the incident proved painfully expensive to handle, and after spending enough time in a losing legal battle to get compensation for the damage to his bar- first from the hunter herself, then from the Bespin government when the hunter vanished- Ibaothiv found his best option was to sell the bar on Bespin and move elsewhere.
Unfortunately, due to the damage to the bar, Ibaothiv was only able to get enough from the sale to relocate to a much shadier planet- Weighing his options, and not wanting to give up on his hopes for a quiet retirement as a bartender, Ibaothiv decided to move to Nar Shadaa, which he figured was probably the most stable of his options, and opened up a second bar, known as the Hull Breach.
Since opening, the Hull Breach has been trashed 34 times, five of which completely destroyed the building. Ibaothiv still considers the move the best decision he’d made post-retirement as he’s at least been able to get compensation every time his bar has been trashed.
