The battle has raged for three days straight. You’re cold, sick, and out of ammunition. A thud shakes the ground, and you think the artillery is starting again, but no. Your friends throw a rope around the newly arrived supply cache and drag it into the trench. You help crack it open, once your buddy swipes a credit stick. You all promise to pay him back if you get out alive. It’s a good thing he had that credit stick or you might have tried to crack the case open, and all those antiseptics and power packs would have melted to slag inside the container. You find it a little odd to use an electronic point-of-sale system on a battlefield, but by this point in the fight, you just bless ICE for dropping the cache in the first place.
