Ice Shaper Master for me, please.

Arctica is unnaturally gifted in Ice Shaping. Evidence of this is the ice castle she built for herself on Ziost. But she is by no means a Master at it. That's where you good people come in. I need someone who is willing to expand Arctica's abilities in that area. She can't learn anything else, though. So, who can do it?

The board has exactly one Master-level cryo specialist, [member="Kaida Taldir"].

Hopefully she says yes or you get comfortable with self-training like she did. Otherwise, you should...

[member="Arctica"] - I offer a second option. I happen to own the holocron of a water-shaping Master as well who also did ice.

That said, it's either the Qae holocron or Kaida - there has literally been zero other options across Chaos' history.
