Internal Structures:
- 1 Temple, the literal apex of the entire station, here lies the command bridge of the station. It is also the religious center of the station, in which only the top echelons of society are allowed to enter.
- 1 Provincial Center, at the very center of the districts, this is the location at which trade between all districts occurs but mostly comprises of only the richest and most successful merchants of the three Commercial Districts. In addition, the centralized government system of all the Districts, called the Provincial Government.
- 3 Commercial Districts, in the center of four adjacent Districts, the Commercial District is an independent area of commercial trading between the four Districts.
- 12 Districts, the title for one section of the station, possessed by one Clan and having an independent government, and its own Dojo and Town. Each district represents a holy animal that they revere.
There are four Major Clans: Seiryuu (Azure Dragon), Suzaku (Vermilion Phoenix), Byakko (White Tiger), and Genbu (Black Tiger). Then, there are four Minor Clans: Kitsune (Fox), Hebi (Snake), Tsuchigumo (Spider) and Inugami (Dog). Finally, there are six subservient Vassal Clans: Mujina (Badger), Neko (Cat), Nezumi (Rat), Saru (Monkey), Tanuki (Raccoon-Dog) and Usagi (Hare).
[*]12 Dojos, structures equipped with the necessary facilities to fully train and house 9,000 Samurai. Includes an armory, a barracks, a training area for melee and ranged weaponry, various starship and vehicle simulators, and finally, a unique relic that symbolizes the Dojo's main area of expertise and is considered a representation of the District's holy animal. The Districts of Vassal Clans possess the same facilities, but do not possess title of Dojo as they lack social rank.
[*]20 Towns, housing 9,000 civilians each and coupled with each Dojo, this is the standard living area for most of the population of each District. The number of Towns varies per District and depends on the population

Description:
In the current Era of Chaos, the sanctity and safety of planetary worlds have ceased to exist. At any moment, any planet is susceptible to conquest or invasion, regardless of pre-existing security and defensive measures put in place. Thus, Kitsune sought out the leading designers of the Izanami Ironworks to create a mobile colony station capable of meeting these demands. The result was the Ichinomiya-class Grand Temple.
The Ichinomiya-class Grand Temple is a behemothic structure, spanning several thousand feet in length and weighing over eighteen million tons. Holding and capable of sustaining a population of 360,000 residents within 12 partitioned levels of the station. Primarily serving as the main place of residency of the Inari Shogunate's population, the Ichinomiya-class Grand Temple serves a similar role to the Worldships of the Yuuzhan Vong, although to a much smaller degree.
Each Grand Temple is individually designed by Kitsune and a cohort of extremely skilled and cutting edge starship designers of the Izanami Ironworks, and each step of the process of creating each of these structures was directly managed and supervised by Kitsune to ensure utmost perfection. Although all the Grand Temples share the same technical specifications, each Grand Temple is embellished differently and representative of the dominant clan on board the station. Under Kitsune's watchful vigilance and leadership, an initial eight Grand Temples were created, each representative of a specific Major or Minor Clan, and the Izanami Ironworks continues the tedious and extremely long process of creating dozens of duplicate batches at the moment.
Each section of the station is denoted as a District and holds several towns, depending on the population of the Clan which inhabits it. Currently, there are eight clans within the Inari Shogunate. There are four Major Clans: Seiryuu (Azure Dragon), Suzaku (Vermilion Phoenix), Byakko (White Tiger), and Genbu (Black Tiger). Then, there are four Minor Clans: Kitsune (Fox), Hebi (Snake), Tsuchigumo (Spider) and Inugami (Dog). Finally, there is the subservient and socially lower class called the Hata Clan. On each Grand Temple, the presence of each clan varies, with some being completely unrepresented while others completely dominated and each district also varies in the number of towns depending on its population.
Each District possesses a small government system, a Dojo, one to, a maximum of, forty Towns, and finally, an agricultural and/or industrial complex, providing sustenance for its population. Of course, Districts often import exotic and more palatable ingredients, but they can subsist on the staple crops that they produce. The ratio of agriculture and industry varies between Districts, with some solely possessing agricultural capabilities while others, relying more heavily on other industries. Each Clan is known for a 'specialization' in one or more industries, with the Major Clans often providing luxury goods and services, while the Minor Clans providing produced, crafted or manufactured goods. Most, if not all, of the Vassal Clans' Districts rely completely on agriculture and produce surplus amounts to trade with other Districts. The trading of these goods often take place in the Commercial Districts, which are placed among four Districts. Trading can also be done in the Provincial Center, the most center part of the station which holds the administrative buildings of ruling clan of the station. However, trading in this location is reserved for richest, most successful and most prestigious merchants of the Commercial Districts and most are unable to visit the Provincial Center unless possessive of decent social standing within the Inari Shogunate.
Finally, the most important and most crucial part of the station is located at the literal apex of the station: the Temple. The Temple is the religious complex on board each Grand Temple and serves as the center of religion. Here, monks stay in constant prayer to the Goddess of the Inari Shogunate: Kitsune. In addition, the command center of the station also exists here, and is only accessible by the highest echelons of society. Being able to enter the Temple is an honor for any in the Inari Shogunate, as it equates to the closest connection to the Goddess.
Development Thread:
Intent: To create an offworld habitation station, similar to the Yuuzhan Vong's homeworld ship or the Ithorian Herdship, for the Inari Shogunate. Note, this craft will never be utilized in an offensive capability and is primarily utilized as a place of permanent residency. Movement of these stations will be absolutely minimal and will be mainly be in planetary orbit of a planetoid body or completely stationary.
