Description: The IGR Bank of Ringo Vinda occupies the first three floors of a high-rise building plus a basement, spanning over 4,000 square meters four floors, one of which is below ground and houses the safety vaults of the banking branch as well as the support staff of the branch, guarded by BX-series commando droids. The ground floor houses the banking and the financial planning services, so that the bank's clients can get access to one of several dozen financial advisors, while they can get transactions made as well as the other banking services, as much for the individuals and the businesses. On the second floor are the offices of the 50 or so realtors, and the third floor features 50 or so insurance agents, making for one massive financial service center capable of serving an entire city subdivision.
History: Ringo Vinda has fallen on hard times, whereby its economic relationship to its neighbors, became increasingly strained, with several banks on the planet failing, mainly due to the lack of trust of the population in their banking system. IGR then purchased the current location, which spans three floors, and, for the first time, strived to offer the big-ticket financial needs that were often required by the everyday residents of Quendelton in one spot: real estate, banking and insurance. And so it was the first location of IGR Brokerage that was built with all three of the consumer services at once in mind.
