- Description: Placed between two mountains and made around a hot springs. The Ikeda grove is full of blossoms that weave around the springs and obscure it from sight. The hot springs themselves are sectioned in different areas with stones that have been scored to increase traction for bare feet to allow someone to walk across them. A progoda in the center that is for the royal family has been erected and workers have a storehouse of the years best vintages from across the planet for the celebration.
Blossoms: A massive grove that has been planted and cultivated. The yearly blooming of the blossoms is one of the festivals instituted by the Rice Wine Empress to celebrate the Jishi Era.
Hot Springs: A relaxing area of the grove that the trees were planted around to obscure and make a mist from the rising steam.
Cask House: Desined to securely hold wine cassks sent from around the plane of either the best or rarest vintages that clans and makers want to have be tasted. It is a simple enough building designed to be sturdy with a security system that the caretakers and royal family can access.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
There is not much special about the ikeda grove, the Rice Wine empress had it made during the restoration efforts of Atrisia and that was when it came to be. With trees being planted around the hot springs and crafted stones for small walkways that are designed to keep traction for footing. A royal progoda in the center of the springs where she can sit and attend the new renewal festival with guests. The finest wines and drinks from across the Commonwealth are brought for them to taste and judge, the best food for prizes and honor. She worked specifically with the workers to ensure everything was designed to her specifications and wants. Where they could celebrate the new festival she had instituted to celebrate the birth of a new year on Atrisia. She installed as the caretakers members of her original clan. One of their smaller branches the Hisanaga who were by all rights her cousins.
