OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
The primary support vessel of the Illyrian Air Corp, the Viper Gunship is a primarily planet-side vessel that is utilized to support the Illyrian Infantry. The gunship was designed to effectively and promptly eliminate threats and other infantry unit. Although the gunship does not pack any particularly heavy armaments, the weaponry system it is outfitted with makes it ideal for dealing with enemy infantry teams and causing havoc in mass army formations. Although the ship is slow moving, it is capable of negotiating extremely difficult terrain and executing more complex maneuvers. Each ship is outfitted with a pilot, co-pilot, primary gunner, and secondary gunner. Aside from those four positions the ships are incapable of carrying any other personnel. There is a small cargo area for repair parts, as the secondary gunner is also the ship's only field engineer he is tasked with maintaining the ship when it is in the theater of battle

It will then identify the most effective weaponry to dispatch the enemy and automatically engage after receiving confirmation from the ship's master gunner. The automated weaponry system is outfitted with a MFTAS to better help identify targets in difficult visibility and at long ranges.
- EMP Self Detonation: The pilot of the ship can activate a protocol that allows the ship to detonate an internal EMP. This pulse will effectively wipe the ship's datacomputer as well as send out an ION wave that will effect most electronic systems within a half-mile radius.
