I'm New, How does this work?

First off, I love star wars and for some reason just now thought to search for an rp. But I am on mobile just trying to get a feel for how this works since never roleplayed on a website before, How does it work exactly? I want to be a Mandalorian but are you able to join clans? I'm slightly in the dark in the legacy era and i'm also wanting to draw my oc but i'm having trouble figuring out if the armor changed and also if i'm able to start out with Beskar since i want to be a Mando?

Hey there, you can go right to the mandalorian faction page and join up, sure they'd love to have you.

Beskar requires some special consideration:

If you have a look in restricted items, it requires a thread to obtain it before assuming you have it, and lists how to do it there. The factory takes a little while to get used to when you are new, but helps people balance suits of armor for example. Which you can submit there when you have got into the game more fully and found your feet.

But I'm sure some mandalorians will be here to answer your questions shortly, or help! I'm also certain someone there will help with your thread to get Beskar

We have the United Mandalorian Clans Faction :Join Here: and you don't need to join a clan, but you certainly can. There are several listed or you can just make your own.

And [member="Kei Amadis"] is correct about Beskar. Join the Faction, play around with us for a bit, then do a Forging Thread of at least 10 Posts. Alternatively Canon Beskar'gam is available :Here: and you are more than welcome to use it at your leisure.

To @Mention somebody simply click the symbol underneath their Avatar. This will slot their name into the reply box and give them a notification. If for some reason the @Mention does not work correctly. (Usually do to phantom formatting) ...Then you can also use: member="name" <-- in brackets. Just type this in and it should work great.
