Due to personal circumstances explained in greater depth here, I will be unable to fulfill my role as Faction Owner.
I apologize, I know that there's a lot of you who want changes to happen. They will be made, but I can't lead the way. I see no one more capable than being the interim Faction Owner than Sinistra. She cares greatly about the faction, and in my experiences of leading factions, she's someone I know who can do a better job than I ever have.
I wish I had more to say, but I've already spent my energy posting my LOA.
