I'm stronger than I look

Takodana

Quaqu'Za dove into the water, picking up small fish and plants in his mouth as he swam. Of all the planet's he'd been to, this might be one of his favorites. It had many lakes and green forest, but not as densly populated as naboo, so he could move around without fear. Coming up out of the water, he spit out the fish and plants and inspected to see which were editable. After making a small pile of uneditable plants, he ate up the rest. He heard a ship's engine and looked to see a small cruiser land nearby. Curious, he swam up to get a look at it

As Aurora approached the landing site, she let herself sink back into her chair and admired the view. She’d missed the sight of wildlife from the past week spent in space. That and being able to just take a moment to relax and breathe.
Sunlight glistened across the surface of a nearby lake and Aurora thought that it might be nice to go sit by the water before heading to the nearest town. After all, an hour or two of rest wouldn’t change the weapons she’d buy.
Her feet trudged down the ship’s gangway, a loud hiss echoing as the ship balanced the air pressure. She took a deep breath, happy to smell the sweet forest and watched as the door opened, nearly slipping as she remembered how real gravity felt.
Giggling, she headed over towards the lake, already pulling her jacket off and stretching as she walked. When she reached it, she didn’t see the Porg, instead focused on crouching by the water and running a hand across it, grinning as her fingertips sent ripples along the surface. With a sigh of relief, Aurora sat down and placed her jacket next to her, her eyes watching the water shimmer. For some reason this lake called to her from the ship, maybe it was just her tiered mind or perhaps there could be some secret treasure underneath. The thought made her smile, laughing at herself as she shuffled into a more comfortable position.

Quaqu continued walking up to the ship. Suddenly he noticed a noise, someone was coming. Diving into a nearby bush, he looked at the passerby. After she had passed, Quaqu'Za examined the strange girl with the force. Quaqu felt the force in her. Ignoring his common sense, Quaqu let his curiosity get the better of him and followed the strange visitor.

Aurora sat by the lake for a little while, mesmerised by the water when she heard a noise, jumping to her feet and reaching at her belt for her saber. Her hand gripped at thin air and she soon realised she'd left it in her ship.
Her eyes scanned the area carefully as her mind stretched out with the force, searching for anyone who might be hiding. It was then that she sensed another with the force, her eyes darting towards the Porg.
"..." Aurora found herself speechless as she watched the little mammal, never coming across an animal that could use the force before- well unless you could count an Ewok.
Her body relaxed a little and she smiled once again.
"You scared the daylights out of me." She chuckled, sitting back down "Though I'm sure you're more scared of me."
She tried to relax a little more, hoping to lure them over to get a closer look at the Porg.
"You're the first of your kind I've ever seen." She grinned.

Quaqu'Za was scared, very scared. Still, he managed to project a message 'So you can sense me?' This was the first time anyone had noticed him, but he was lucky it wasn't someone who preffered porgs as food as opposed to pets or simple wildlife. He projected a second thought 'Who are you?' while slowly shrinking back. He felt the dark side in her, and normally dark side users tend to be less considerate, but this one seemed nice. He approached Aurora again and projected a third thought 'I am Quaqu'Za'

Aurora was very still and silent as she heard the Porg’s messages. She’d never experienced proper communication through the force before and so she was a little lost for words.
“Well that’s… new.” She half laughed, stretching out a hand to shake but then retracting it as she realised that he only had wings “I’m Aurora.”
To tell the truth, she was trying to figure out if she was dreaming or not. She hadn’t slept for days now, so perhaps she’d passed out. Then again, she knew the feel of the force like the back of her hand. This was defiantly real.
“So what brings you here?” She grinned, trying not to make this strange encounter any stranger- if it even could “You on the search for the galaxy’s best fish?”
She laughed at her own joke, hoping the Porg would have some sense of humour. Still, her mind reached out with the force and scanned over him, wanting to make certain that this wasn’t a trick, or more importantly that he wasn’t a threat. She hoped the reading would tell her why she felt so drawn to him. Perhaps she was meant to find the Porg all along.

Quaqu'Za let out an amunsed squak, then projected 'Exploration, couriosity. Nice to meet you Aurora, glad to find someone who dosn't want to eat me." He noticed her connection to the dark side. "I see you're a sith, or at least a dark side user."

Aurora smiled.
"Yes I'm evil!" She joked "No... Well, yes but no.... it's hard to explain."
Her hands fiddled against each other, her fingertips scratching at her nails.
"I mean I use the dark side and I'm a disciple of Ren but I'm not going to run around killing children for the sake of it. Well, unless I'm in a bad mood that is."
She glanced back over to the Porg.
"And yourself? Which side do you draw to?"
