((Note: this is my observation from the show))

Swift and deadly, this centipede like vessel seems like a creature from a techno-organic nightmare. On ten insect like legs the IAT skitters across the battlefield, Each of it's ten segments sport a twin blaster turret with four articulated cannon turrets mounted on the head segment and a pair of twin cannons on it's backside. The IAT possesses unique form that no other tank possesses, it's most noteworthy is it's capacity to burrow quickly into the ground and breech. A tactic that is sure to conjure confusion among enemy forces. This does however come with a draw back. The IAT's light armor plating, was a necessary sacrifice for the sake of agility and burrowing. This leave it open and weak to explosive munitions, especially the cockpit, thus forcing the pilot to keep constant movement or tunnel into the ground as cover.
