After the summit above Shili, Moff Antipater, Governor Onrai and myself have come to the conclusion that the best course of action to take against the Corporate Interests Guild and their member corporations would be to sponsor fifth-column agitators amongst their employees in order to disrupt their operations and minimize their profits which may potentially trigger a violent response that could discredit them in the eyes of various galactic governments that they have established political and economic ties with.
Given your expertise in intrigue, manipulation and secrets, I believe that this matter would be best handled by the ISB and OIT which possess the necessary resources and qualified personnel to push forward this plan and ensure its success. However in addition to sponsoring fifth-columnist agitators i wish for this operation to be extended to include other proxies such as anti-corporate and selectivist politicians and political movements, non-aligned and/or imperial-aligned mercenaries and paramilitary groups along with even elements of the criminal underworld in order to further undermine the political and economic influence of the Corporatist Interests Guild.
In order to facilitate this operation, the ISB and OIT will be granted full access to the military contracting corporation Ephraim Labors along with a contingent of shapeshifting Shi’do Fleshtakers. If the ISB and OIT require any additional resources such as military assets then they shall receive it as this operation is of great importance to the Empire.
