Imperial Knights

As far as canon is concerned, I would like some more information and clarification on what the Imperial Knights' ethos were (think about the canonical One Sith era - that's all I ever understood about the IK, other than they were grey on a light-vs-dark FU scale)...

Basically they believed that The Force was a tool to be used and not a god to be worshipped. They saw their lightsabers the same way.

In short they acted more as soldiers that could use the force as a pose to religious force users who are sometimes soldiers. That and they were sworn to uphold the integrity of the Emperor and kill him if he fell to the darkside.

[member="Jessica Med-Beq"] I envisioned Connor as an Imperial Knight. Light side - just, in a strange way - but using the Force as a tool to do the job and do it by any means.

Had some wicked armour too.

Fundamentally the Imperial Knights were still lightsiders, as they understood the darkside as a corrupting power. Hence their precept that should the Emperor fall it was their duty to end him.
