Receiving their orders from the Moff Council and by extension the Grand Moff Directly are the men and women of Inferno Squad or Initiative 12 as many have come to know them as. Inferno is a group selected from the already highly trained ranks of the Galactic Empire and can boast being the most devout, talented and appreciated members within both the branches of Military and Intelligence.
Operating as small strike teams the Imperial Special Forces are dispatched across the galaxy into the toughest of situations to assure that the result goes the way the Galactic Empire needs it to go. From small scale insurgencies, to full battle operation the members of Inferno are trained in both ground and naval warfare, capable enough to handle both as they see fit.
The Intelligence quarter has assured that ISF is equiped with the best weaponry and load outs that the Empire can offer them, allowing a constant ability to be custom tooled and designed for any mission brief that may be assigned to them.
For those within the Galactic Empire to see a member of the ISF in the field is to know that victory is near.
