- Intent: To create a generic, lore-friendly unit for Bastion Holdings to sell and for other Imperials to easily use as needed without having to do their own writeups.

- Unit Name: Imperial Standard Stormtroopers.
- Affiliation: Although trained and recruited by Bastion Holdings, they are loyal to whoever holds their contract, namely Imperials and Imperial-esque/flavored factions characters and npcs.
- Classification: Shock Troops/Heavy Infantry.
- Description: Equipped in the timeless white armor that has survived the ages, the Imperial Standard Stormtrooper is a fully armored infantryman that proudly wears his or her armor, having earned it through intensive academy training. Outside of their armor, they are often seen in their black dress uniforms similar to those serving in the various Imperial navies.

- Unit Experience: Veteran.
- Equipment: Can be equipped with up to minor variants of blaster rifles, blaster pistols, repeating blasters, scatter blasters, individual and/or squad level shield generators, grenades, Portable Anti-armor/anti-air launchers, vibroblades, mortars, targeting scopes, night vision equipment, thermal scanners, riot shields, stun batons, light drone support, probe droids, and generic other necessary infantry supplies such as bacta and food. In addition they have special, distinctive stormtrooper armor that is better than that of your standard Army Troopers.
- Combat Function: The Stormtrooper is the natural evolution of the Army Trooper, serving as the offensive tip of the spear alongside armored units in an Imperial attack. They are better trained than their more common counterparts, often graduating from dedicated academies, and are expected to spearhead Imperial attacks to break the lines of the enemy and attack into the enemy's vulnerable rear areas, letting the Army Troopers flood in behind them to hold the ground they have taken and support their attack. Their equipment is a notch above that of the regular Army Trooper as well, with distinctive white armor, better quality weapons, food, and essentially everything else. This is well-earned, however, for even with all of the above, heavy casualties are often a fact of life when conducting offensive operations. They can occasionally be seen guarding more important facilities, worlds, and bases where a heightened level of security is needed, and also serve in the Imperial navy as marines.

- Shock Troops: Excel at conducting offensive operations with superior training, and equipment.
- Superior Morale: Only those who are truly dedicated to the cause of the Imperials join the Stormtrooper Corps, they are motivated and unlikely to break except in the most extreme conditions.
- Uncommon: Not every soldier is cut out to be a stormtrooper, and although often deployed in large groups, they are still relatively uncommon overall in the Imperial Armed Forces compared to the standard Army Trooper thanks to the training and equipment required.
- Costly: The training time and the need for good equipment means that training a Stormtrooper company is an expensive proposition, and thus fielding them in large numbers carries a hefty price tag. It is estimated that one could fund up to three Army Trooper companies for every one Stormtrooper company.
The history of the Imperial Stormtrooper goes back nine centuries to the original Galactic Empire itself. Used as both enforcers and as shock troops of the Emperor, they ensured an unprecedented period of peace and order in the Galaxy. Although somewhat diminished in quality towards the end of the original Empire and after, the modern Imperial Standard Stormtrooper trained by Bastion Holdings is held to the exacting standards they were originally held to. They are trained to be excellent shock troops, punching holes in enemy formations along with armored and aerial support to allow the wider Imperial forces to flood in and hold the ground that they take. They are also used to defend more important installations and worlds where regular army troopers would not suffice. In the turbulent modern galactic period following the collapse of most of the major factions in the galaxy, the age of the Imperial Stormtrooper seems to be on the rise again as various Imperial warlords and officials vie for power and influence.
