Implant Sumbmission?

I'm curious about how I would go about submitting a unique set of implants for a character idea that I have. It would obviously be a unique system coming about from something that happened in their story. I wasn't sure what sort of technology submission profile to follow so here's the general idea:

The scale that I have in mind is quite large to the point where it would be a full body modification that would operate as a single system. Biofibers laid alongside muscle or replacing muscle, a certain percentage of bone mass replaced with lightweight, durable alloy's (have to research as to exactly what would work), adrenal system modifications and secondary eyelids for thermal, infrared and binocular vision.

Listed off like that, it sounds really quite ridiculously OP, but I have an idea of how to write it up to make it plausible and balanced; however, I'm just not sure exactly what hard data would be needed for the submission. If anyone could give me some advice on what profile (or mix of profiles) to follow that would be fantastic.

First, I recommend switching off NetScape.

Second, I think its the General Tech, unless you're armoring yourself and what not. By what it sounds like (I'm not a Factory judge, so judges, feel free to slap me a bit) you'll need to do the leg work fo Development thread. It doesn't seem like you'd mind that, but as long as its balanced, within a reasonable scale and its well developed in an RP format, you should be able to get most of that done. I know there are companies, (iBorg to name one) that specialize in a variety of implants, so its not a far fetched idea.

You're looking at going full cyborg, eh, like... Transhumanism?

Not quite cyborg, that suggests that the modifications are obvious and harshly done, though in the truest sense of the word I guess that would be correct. The concept I have in mind is more along the lines of a fully integrated set of technical components that enhance organic human functions and structure for better performance in combat, reconnaissance and subterfuge. It's kind of a strange idea, but it's one that I think is more elegant that simply replacing body parts with technology...even if there is some raw performance loss in the end.

Also, I just recently found out you could still download and use netscape and I found the thought of using it quite entertaining...hence the title. (not that I actually use it because...no.)

Its a concept of that, you'd find it in cyberpunk storylines as well. I mean, maybe we're thinking more a genetic modification? http://starwarsrp.net/topic/56546-arctis-genetics/Companies like this specialize in it.

I still think developing it by thread slowly would be the best way, respond to the changes in your character, and how it enhances them, how they feel about it, etc, and once you reach the point you're comfortable with, kind of sub Sebastian as an 'enhanced human' sub-species.

An idea.
