In need of a Sig

So basically I have two idk entities (for lack of a better word) that I'm using as an avatar.

Mainly Dr. Hugo Strange... and I want a sig. Pretty easy mod. Blue skin... red glasses... pretty easy.... only thing is I am terrible at making sigs. Another possible option... if you can't get a cool pose or whatever... is Dr. Steel.... he looks.... almost exactly the same... so yeah... anyone wanna help out? It's much appreciated.
