Can someone explain in full how you participate, how is your role defined, do you add yourself in?

When you see the Republic's invasion start read the first post of it. Look at the OOC thread and then look at who they are against. Join in and make sure to link all special gear you are using in your first post, if there are objectives tag your locations, mark what sid eyou are on and enemies then pick if there is anyone you want to combat or who is in that area.

Here is an example my opening post from the invasion of Alderaan. There is the tag, reaction to opening, inner thoughts, linking special equipment and getting to the objective. Since no one was in the area I had no one to tag.

The Wraiths are a fighter squadron/commando unit. We do both space and ground warfare, depending on the situation. We're not fleeters, but we participate in fleet activities and are technically under fleet jurisdiction. [member="Oka Osaa"]

Matukai techniques of poison immunity, chucking speeders and bashing down walls mixed with some shaper skills to slam the debris I create, skim the water and float through the air.
