DESCRIPTION

Crafted to serve the resurgent needs of the Empire, unofficially known as the "Dark Empire". The Indomitable-class battlecruisers were pressed into numerous duties during the time of Darth Solipsis's return, providing protection and support for Imperial defense forces at Carlac, as part of the Carlac Security Zone, and within the Deep Core near the front lines against the Galactic Alliance. They initially found use throughout the Tython to patrol and monitor traffic to and from the secluded holy world of the Jedi Order and worked in conjunction with Scanner Stations, destroying any ships the stations identified as hostile. During this early phase of its career, serving in the navy of the Dark Empire, the newly unveiled Indomitable-class has become a trope of Imperial power, soon to be utilized in invasion for the first time on Coruscant.
