Jak had arrived on Korriban three weeks ago with a set of false papers and a false passport. They stated that he was the son of a lowly police officer from the outermost reaches of the Empire who'd traveled to Korriban to visit the heart of the Empire before enlisting in the Imperial Army and infiltrating it's ranks. He'd completed all of the proper paperwork and had passed all of the medical examinations. They noted the exceptional physical condition he was in and his already extensive knowledge of Imperial weapon systems, explained by his father's background.
With the billions enlisted in the military and the millions who joined each day most recruits never got cross examined too much. Even if he was Jak's records were complete enough that it wouldn't matter. His training was extensive enough to where if he was interrogated it wouldn't matter. He stood in line at Basic Training waiting for the Drill Sergeant to show up, he'd already been issued his uniform and serial number, ready to "serve" in the Sith Military.
