Description: Customers can ask for information, and, for a price, InfoCorp will find out, and then provide the customer with the information. Since there are very few employees, only 1-2 requests can be handled at a time. If the customer wishes to find out a piece of information, they shall make a request to InfoCorp to investigate it. InfoCorp shall respond with a cost for the investigation, and a estimation of the time it will take. If the customer still wishes to proceed, then they must pay half the price up-front. After payment, InfoCorp will attempt to aqquire the information. If they are successful, the information shall be given to the customer, in exchange for the rest of the payment. If InfoCorp cannot provide the information, then the customer shall be given a report as to why the investigation failed, and given a refund. If the investigation takes substantially longer than the given time, the price shall be lowered by 10%. If the investigation is only partially completed, the partial information shall be given to the customer, and InfoCorp will keep the first payment, but the customer will not have to pay the second.
