After receiving this information, you must decide whether or not to continue.
If you decide to continue, you must pay half the money up-front. The investigation will then begin.
If the investigation is successful, you will pay the rest of the money, and you will receive the information.
If the investigation fails, you will be given a refund.
If the investigation is partially successful, you will receive the partial information, but keep half the money.
If the investigation takes substantially longer than the deadline, you will receive a 10% refund.
