STRENGTHS
Negligible Force Presence
One of the primary items that drew INTEL (and INQ, later on) to Liet is what was assumed to simply be a case of being Force dead that turned out to be something closer to a lack of a presence in the Force, somewhere between negligible and nonexistent. This has proven to be a significant advantage in the particular vein of tracking down users of the Force, as it has made her very difficult, if not impossible to sense or track, depending on the level and specialisation of the sensing individual.
Excellence of the Act
Pursuant to her absence of emotional capacity, Liet is a consummate actress where the job requires it... or where she deems it to be of use. She can put on the 'skin' of any character necessary, within the limitations of her physical reality. To this end, she is plenty capable of putting on emotions as part of her act, which is pure manipulation, and nothing more, without Force-based influence. Though the majority of individuals would be unable to tell the difference for the large part of a constructed persona, a skilled empath would be able to see through the false emotions.

Emotional Brick
A side-effect (or possibly intentional effect) of the conditioning and rebuild that 'created' her, Liet has the emotional capacity and expressiveness of a brick. While this makes romantic attachments nigh-impossible, it is a boon to her work.

WEAKNESSES
Particular Instance
Despite the quirk of Liet's negligible or nonexistent presence in the Force, it is still possible to sense her when she actively uses the Force, herself, dependent on the power in use and the degree to which it is employed. For example, cursory, 'subconscious' sensing on her part is less likely to give her away, but telekinetic abilities would be more noticeable - a simple push or pull being less apparent than, say, a Force Wave.
Conditioning Side-Effect
Nothing is perfect - in the case of Liet, for all her training and conditioning give her, there is the unfortunate side-effect of headaches, and on occasion, migraines. For this, there is a tailored pharmacological treatment, for management and (to a degree) prevention of the effect, which has kept Liet working. This treatment is less than 80% effective, and has its own side-effects, the most significant of these being mild to moderate addiction.
