What about "Character Spotlight"? Would there be interest?

Sure, this sounds like (and in some respects is) it would be similar to the "Get to know the Character" game, but this would be something like a "talk show" so to speak, but when a participant is announced (you could volunteer your character if you wish, more than welcome to) you would send in a question of your own. When a week had gone by all questions (sent to whoever would organize it, via PM) would be organized and sent to the character's inbox and they can answer them. If you had an IC question, just make it that, if it's OOC just mark it that way too. Then all answered questions are returned and posted.
