The Outer Rim is notorious for being a cesspool of the Galaxy's more vicious types. From slavers to criminal masterminds - the average soul is plagued daily by the worst of the worst. The Confederacy is not an Empire, and therefore it does not take heavy handed approaches in bringing peace to its people. Instead, it fights Fire with Fire: assembling a unit of rogues, brigands, and outlaws who are intimately familiar with the Rim's underbelly. Through their efforts, the worst of the worst are tamed...or gunned down.
