Interesting Request

Nothing too special, I just need an avatar from this picture. Now the two main things are 1) It needs to be a decent close up on the head, and 2) If it IS at all possible I'd like the eyes recolored yellow. Aside from that just some borders if possible and it should be all good. Thanks so much in advance for anyone who helps.
