Interview with a vampire?

I'm looking to give this boy an introduction to Chaos.

He's not a very combat-oriented character, so PvP is not really high on the list (it's still an option, though!). I was looking more at something social, provided your character and you are down with such. I'm pretty open to anything in truth, and there's no set outcomes. Maybe they get along, maybe they get thrown out of the restaurant for arguing, maybe [insert some other scenario here]... you get the point.

What sort of Satanic and / or Netherworldy ritual is required to summon this apparent living host / physical manifestation of the Gods? And does it require scented candles or do the cheap ones work?

In all seriousness however, I'd be more than glad / interested in playing something out between the two of us if you'd be willing to see where it goes, although I still have to hash out certain details of how this meeting might happen.
