Into the Looking Glass (Eris)

:: HERO of KORRIBAN ::
How long had it been since Xander found himself among the Sith. All the killing, all the time, was something which he could not stand. There was more to being Sith than military domination, killing innocents in cold blood, and dealing death with every step. Legacy, that was what mattered, and there was only one way to achieve that, live long, and live for eternity.

Eternity was the hard part, but living longer not so much. The idea of Darth Vizios could be something which would strike fear into many hearts, and for once in his lifetime a consistent apprentice was needed. His lover's had all abandoned him, there was a daughter, though he had no knowledge of her. Apprentices came and went, most near his own level now. No what Xander needed now was someone that would be loyal to him, and his ways of teaching.

There was one who seemed to be eager, or curious at least. It made Xander equally as curious. It was rare the White Assassin was sought out for tutelage because his methods were known to be... unorthodox. He taught as his own master had however, and this led to her legacy. Near 1,000 years later and the ways of Darth Neferis still haunted him. He would never be rid of her. He had loved her, and hated her for it. She was long dead, as he should be, but that was not the design of the dark side.

Xander stood in the main hall of the academy. He was to meet this Eris there. Did he find it ironic he would be teaching a female, perhaps, but time would tell if things would develop as they had before. Xander's own arrogant attitude had caused his own frustrations with Neferis. How arrogant was this one he was taking on? There were questions which meeting in person only would answer. So Xander waited, dressed in his typical regal attire, for his new apprentice to arrive.

If anything Eris was a weird person..

Plagued by visions surrounded by blood thirsty people yet all she wanted to do was learn. Most in her position would do whatever it took in the pursuit of power.. Yet Eris found herself balking at the thought of some of the things others did. Yes, she felt the alluring call of the dark side but in a slightly different way than most. Eris cared not for bloodshed, or for the manipulations of others. She cared more about the pursuit of power through knowledge .

It was this curiosity and allure that had led her to reach out to [member="Darth Vizios"] for his teachings. She had taken great care in searching for a master to approach, one was needed that would be able to work with her strange views on things. So it was a slow painstaking process of finding one. It was a breath of fresh air when she had stumbled upon the male that was to teach her. Almost like he was thrown in her direction. Shaking her head Eris would snap out of her thoughts only to realize that she was in fact late to meet her teacher. It was this lateness that found Eris rushing towards the main hall of the academy. Running towards the hall a frown decorating her features as she slid to a halt in front of her teacher.

A sheepish smile was soon directed at him before Eris began speaking in a rushed manner.
"I'm sorry. I was so excited at learning that I got caught up in my thoughts. My words seem like excuses for that I Apologize. I will make sure not to be late in the future.."
A breath was expelled shortly after she finished gushing out her apologies..

Vizios neither smioed nor frowned. His features were set as though he did not want the wan reading him. He did not. Rather than say anything, Xander circled around her, taking her form in as he did so. Eyes slowly wandered over her body as he assessed every part, her curves, her tone, shape, muscle, hair, skin, eyes. There was nothing the Sith Lord did not account for. What was she able to handle, and how much beyond that could be push her.

"No, I imagine you will not be late again, once you know what I could do to you if you displease me," he said, ensuring he would set his dominance early. "There is no reason to be excited about what you will learn. The things you will experience to learn what you will drives the weak minded mad, even the strong do not go unphased. You should be afraid."

It was a matter of fact statement which again came with no furrowed brow or smile. Xander's features were set, and Eris would learn with time that Xander would not be an easy teacher, but he would be fair.

"Now where are we to begin? Please tell me you have a basic understanding of how the dark side works?"
