Combat Action Ribbon - Awarded to any person in the Galactic Alliance Military who has actively participated in a ground, surface, or aerial combat. The principal criterion is that the recipient must have participated in a bona fide combat firefight or in an action during which he was under enemy fire and his performance while under fire was satisfactory.

Galactic Alliance Heart - Awarded to a person who, while serving in any capacity in the Galactic Alliance Armed Forces, has been injured in action against any enemy of the Galactic Alliance during a military engagement. This medal can be awarded posthumously. OOC: You must have been wounded by another PC, not an NPC, to receive this award.

This was his first time fleeting, and he single-handedly went against three other writers who are fairly seasoned fleeters. I don't think that's an easy spot to be in IC or OOC. Despite that pressure, he was a joy to write with, and he was exceptionally civil in our PMs. It is my hope that we will see him again as a fleeter in the future.
