Now, this is available to all members and anyone can join during the invasion but to make sure we have an idea of who's on what, I'd like to make sure you all can decide what objectives to want to be on!

The Thread

^ read that inside and out, please.

Objective 1) Engage the enemy fleet.
Each faction will gather and organize their own fleets following the terms and attempt to deal the most damage to the enemy fleet before the time is up. Successfully destroying the enemy fleet will count this won.

Objective 2) Board the enemy flagship.
The idea is simple. A boarding party will attempt to take over each faction’s ship which is designated as the fleet’s ‘flagship’. Note: This does not mean flagships per the factory rules.

Objective 3) Capture the ground base.
Each faction will attempt to claim and hold a cavernous location to which build a ground base post-invasion. The faction which holds it by the end of the invasion will win this objective.[/SIZE]

I see, however, that the other two rather lack in members, so I can still offer their sharpshooter skills, if needed.

I'd love to help out, I'm not actually going to be participating as Anja because she's an ally on the One Sith invasion of Kashyyyk. I'm going to be playing on my alt, Catalys.

Either way I'd still love to help out

Perhaps once we know what ships we're using, we can do a small test here on the faction forums.

A few people already asked, so before I consider it I'll have to have a few questions answered:

1. Can you promise full-time activity in the invasion?
2. Do you work well with others and feel confident in OOCly getting people involved with the objectives?

The whole point of the commander is not to just ICly be in-charge but also to be an OOC leader in the invasion. There's going to be people who are newer to this sort of thing and they're going to ask for guidance; if someone designated as a commander is not around -- not only will we likely lose the objective but we may very well lose members, too.

So I'm asking cautiously. If you feel that you apply to those two questions then I will consider you for commander of objective 1.
