- Fires in three round bursts/or full auto: The gun fires three shots at exactly the same time. Meaning, that the explosions, and the damage done are that much higher if it hits. Or, it can be used on full auto spewing out a massive amount of fire power. What it lacks in stopping power, it makes up in number.
- ION/Plasma damage: It has a dual damage type, which also makes it good at chewing through shields, and deactivating droids and tech.
- Explodes: When the bolts hit solid objects, or energy shields/lightsabers, they create a meter in diameter explosion of plasma and ion energy.
- Heavy Rain/Moisture: Heavy rain, fog, or heavy amounts of particulates in the air, can cause the blaster bolts to explode before reaching the target, making it dangerous to use in certain circumstances.
- Can’t be used point blank: The explosion would envelop the user as well, if used at point blank range. Target needs to be over two meters away.
- Rapidly goes through ammo: While it has a lot of ammo, due to the way it shoots, the trigger can only be pulled 40 times before reload is needed. Or, it can fire for fifteen seconds and expend all its power.
A pair of small, uniquely designed SMG guns with a three round burst, or full auto option. The cartridge is made of Duranium, making it light and strong, able to withstand quite a bit of damage, even glancing blows from a lightsaber. The Reinforced Duraplast adds more protection, and some EMP protection as well.
It is an ion charged particle beam blaster. This allows the yellow beams to carry ionically charged particles which allow it to be used as both a standard particle beam weapon, but also as an ion weapon. As such, when it hits solid objects, or any type of energy field, the bolts explode in a one meter blast radius of plasma and ion energy. Overall, they are not incredibly strong per blast, but they overwhelm their enemy with numbers. Shields fail, armor buckles, and the enemy will fall. It’s simply a matter of time.
